NOUVELLE LISTE - Belle maison familiale!

Super confortable et entièrement rénovée, cette maison de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain est un délice! Dans le calme du nord de la mer, vous serez à quelques pas de la plage pour admirer les fabuleux couchers de soleil. Le salon a une grande télévision à écran plat. Salle à manger avec portes coulissantes sur le patio avec des sièges couverts pour les repas intérieurs / extérieurs. Belle cour arrière avec foyer au gaz, chaises longues et table de pique-nique. La chambre principale a un roi, la chambre avec lits superposés a des lits jumeaux en haut, pleine en bas et la 3ème chambre a un lit queen. La chambre de la Reine a accès à la salle de bain depuis la chambre ainsi que l'accès au couloir. La chambre avec lits superposés et la chambre principale ont un accès privé dans les chambres à la salle de bain principale. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes et il y a des couverts et des couverts pour 8 places de parking pour 3 véhicules, un à l'intérieur du garage et 2 véhicules sur le parking. Pas de stationnement autorisé sur la voie publique (règles de la ville). PAS D'ANIMAUX OU DE FUMER

Clean & great location

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. We love the proximity to the ocean, the extras in the garage we’re allowed to use, the simplicity of the house and the comfort of the beds! Next time we come back we’ll be booking this place again!

Great stay!

This house was perfect for our family vacation to the coast. The house was recently repainted gray and is actually so much cuter than the pictures (also no fence out front now). House was adorable, lots of books and toys for kids, beds were all super comfy. Location was awesome - quick walk down the road to the beach and just a few minutes drive to town.

Great location!

This was our groups third time staying at this location. We love it! The addition of the trundle bed mattress in the bunk room was wonderful this year! All of the kids were ecstatic to be able to sleep in the bunk room together. The outdoor area is lovely and everything we need is in the house. We would love if there was a gate separating the back yard from the front for safety reasons with little kids. Overall we love this cute house (and the new paint color)!

Perfect in every way

This house exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well appointed and nicely decorated. The beds were all very comfortable and the layout worked perfectly for 3 adults. The backyard and patio area is an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice

The house and backyard were very nice. Didn't care for the house shades. Not much privacy. Lots of games and things to do. Would be great for families. Dryer vent outside needs some cleaning. Overall nice place and clean.

Lovely property and amenities

This property was located a short walk from the beach, and just a slightly longer walk/drive to town. The property was better than pictured, and included ample space for our family of five. Two sizeable full bathrooms, three great bedrooms, a lovely and private outdoor space! The owners thought of everything. The kitchen is well labeled and includes all conveniences, same with bathrooms. The garage included ping pong, foosball, and beach items to borrow. There were also beach towels available. One alert depending on when you travel: This property does not have air conditioning. It was warm when we arrived, however opening windows plus cooler temps in evening helped cool it down. It was a really great place to stay, I highly recommend.

Comfy Stay

Our family enjoyed our stay. Beautiful Vacation Home throughout in nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the Nice Outdoor Seating and Gas Fire Pit, which is a super plus! To get to the beach is 2 blocks straight walk on street from the Vacation Home, but then plan on walking quite a way through Sand Dunes to reach the Ocean Beach. Only regret is there needs to be more Bath Towels in both Bathrooms for Showers. Plan on coming back next year! We absolutely loved our stay!

A Great Place To Stay

This was my first time renting a vacation property. I was totally surprised and pleased by the amenities the host provided for our use. There was a surprisingly well-equipped kitchen and comfortable spacious beds in all 3 bedrooms. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was close enough to walk to. The grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the ample supply of board games and videos that were provided. Everything was clean and easily maintained. The only reason I took off one star for the accuracy of the online listing was that the house had recently been painted, so when we arrived at the destination we passed on by because we were looking for the white house shown in the photo instead of the gray one that was there. There were also a couple of window shades that couldn't be opened or closed due to faulty cords. I definitely would recommend this rental property to anyone who is looking for a good, quiet, family oriented place to stay.

Beach vacation

Property is well thought out on amenities you might need. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful yard. We had dirty dishes and flatware in cupboards and hair still in a bathroom rug. We know maid cleaned so maybe previous renters could have put dity sishes in cupboards. Also hair in rug looked like someone cut hair. Locks for garage were hard to unlock.

Great place to stay!

Have stayed at this location two times now. It is perfect! We went with 4 adults and 5 children under 8 years old and it’s the perfect size for us all. So many amenities in the house and a short walk to the beach and town. We will be back next year!

Immaculate, comfortable beach house close to the water

The beds were comfortable and the property was immaculate. There was no air conditioning, but it was cool enough that if you open the windows it was very nice temperature. I would say if you’re driving, just bring some large fans with you for the bedroom if it gets too hot to circulate the air.

Great family home for beach get away!

This home was set up perfectly for a family stay. We had 3 adults and 3 children (ages 3-8). The back yard and patio were excellent for relaxing outside - even when the weather was not ideal. The kids' room was wonderful with bunk beds, books and games. The kitchen was fully functional for everything we needed. The garage had beach buckets, ping pong and foosball. It was a short walk to the beach. I really can't imagine a better house for our stay!

Fabulous vacation rental!

This is by far the most well thought out vacation rental we have ever stayed in. So well supplied in the kitchen, warm and cozy, very clean, every outdoor activity was thought of and in the garage and the communication with the property manager was superb!

Amazing!

The house on the inside and out was amazing. The house was better than we expected. It was clean, cute, and cozy. It was a block away from the beach and a short drive to the town. The area was quiet and extremely accommodating for families. The kitchen had everything and more. The washer and dryer was a great plus. For the organized people everything was labels, an information book about the house rules, and supplies and toiletries available in case of an emergency. The house was very safe with good windows and a keyless entry locked door. We can't wait to come back next year!!!! Thank you and book this place today!!

This house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. Walking distance to the beach was good, but too far from town had to find parking to eat or shop.

Perfect place for a family

This place was great! The owners had a lot of little extras: wagons, boogie boards, Graco pack n play, Nintendo, games, beach toys/blanket, really anything you could want. The master/king mattress was amazing! My teenagers said the bunks squeaked a bit, but there were 3 teenagers on it. The back patio was awesome and we loved dining outside in the evenings. The yard lighting was great. My *only* suggestion would be to get rid of the benches/ottomans in the living room and put in a small love seat. The seating was not super conducive to a movie night for more than 5 ppl.

In town for convention and family get together

This is a great house! We enjoyed our stay. Everything in good condition. Back yard is awesome although we couldn’t use because of rain. We were six adults who all wanted to watch a movie in the living room. SUGGESTION would be to replace a blue stool and put a nice looking narrow recliner. The two stools are not comfortable to sit on for very long!
