Amazing location home is located across the street from a 5.9- acre sports park, nature preserve on the new river. . Within driving distance from Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale, Historic Stranahan House Museum, Anne Kolb Nature Center, & Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Close to I95, 595, Airport, Port, Downtown, and Fort Lauderdale Beaches within an 8-10 min drive.

Upon entering the home, you'll be welcomed by the spacious living area with large windows exposing the beautiful views outside. This space is filled with natural lights and provides a comfortable and airy atmosphere while watching on our 65" Smart TV with streaming app options.

Aside from a wide selection of beautiful neighborhoods and dining or cafes to choose from, we also have a fully-equipped kitchen that has all the amenities you could ever want and is elegantly designed with beautiful kitchen cabinetry and stainless appliances, as well as large countertops, perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking and entertaining. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.

We have 4 bedrooms in the house. The Palm Room, Pineapple Room and Hibiscus (Master Bedroom) Room have a queen-sized beds with a 32" Smart TV. The Flamingo Room has a king-sized bed. All bedrooms are equipped of luxury beddings and provides you with the relaxation you need.

This oasis is set in a beautiful tropical yard filled with mature trees and secret meditation places. Have a cup of coffee and sit outside while admiring the incredible and peaceful views of the surroundings in night and day views! You can also enjoy the BBQ grill in the backyard or chill out in the heated pool with your family and friends.

A 5.9-acre city park directly opposite the house has a kids playground, basketball half court, baseball field, tennis court, volleyball court, workout stations, a walking path, butterfly garden, and wide open green space.

Comfortably equipped with full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone.

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiF are all provided during your stay!

- December to April: $100/day

Note: We have No fence around the pool so it’s imperative you supervise children the entire time.
