The Santa Rosa Mountains rise sharp and golden against the blue desert sky as you pull open the stackable doors and step out into your private backyard at PGA West. La Quinta`s dry warmth settles around you - whether you`re floating in the pool, firing up the grill for dinner, or sinking into the hot tub as the stars appear overhead. A putting green waits just steps away, the mountains frame every moment, and the golf courses, desert dining, and polo fields are all within easy reach.

Outdoor living
The backyard is the heart of this home. A private pool and a private hot tub (available all year, open 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM) anchor the space, surrounded by lounge seating, a spacious outdoor dining area, and a gas BBQ grill. Hot tub heat is complimentary. Pool heating is $50 per day to reach 88°F and is available October through May - during summer months the pool naturally holds between 85 and 95°F. A fully fenced private backyard and a putting green round out the outdoor setup, with mountain views as your backdrop throughout.

Living space
Inside, the living room centers around a large sofa, a 65` Smart TV, and generous seating - a comfortable place to gather for movie nights or unwind after a round at the PGA Stadium Course. Multiple TVs throughout the home mean everyone can settle in wherever they like.

Kitchen & dining
The eat-in kitchen is set up for real cooking and easy hosting. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a 6-burner gas range, and double ovens give you serious prep capability, while a Keurig coffee machine, blender, dishwasher, and microwave keep daily routines effortless. A full dining table seats the group for meals in.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. The primary suite features a King bed, a 65` TV, direct pool access, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a King bed and a 65` TV. Bedroom 3 offers two Full beds and a 50` TV. A queen air mattress and a pack and play are available upon request.

Comfort & conveniences
Day-to-day comfort is well covered - central air conditioning, central heating, an in-unit washer and dryer, WiFi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace in a common area. Self check-in is via keypad entry, and free parking is available on the premises. Cleaning is provided at the end of your stay, with a mid-stay clean available for an additional fee. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM - early check-in or late check-out can often be accommodated at no extra charge, depending on availability.

Community & location
This home sits within the gated Signature community at PGA West, with access to a shared gym nearby and a community pool, plus bocce ball and shuffleboard. The PGA Stadium Course is right next door, and Ernie`s Bar and Grill is less than a 5-minute walk away. Empire Polo Fields, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and the shops and restaurants of Old Town La Quinta are all within easy reach - making this a natural fit for golf getaways, festival weekends, and laid-back desert stays.

We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting or within a few doors of this address. The opportunity to rent multiple homes side by side is available for larger groups - please inquire.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
