To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location.

Getting Around:
For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.
Other Things to Note:
Pool heating is $75 per day. We typically charge for the full stay â please message us to confirm if youâd like the pool heated.
Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.
Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.
The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.
You will be greeted by a Service Coordinator upon your arrival, thereafter we are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do by phone or text.
We encourage guests to text us by phone or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.
Free High-speed Wireless WIFI (+50Mbps) access throughout the house which extends into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available in the living room 55' HD TV. Netflix is available in all other rooms.
Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
To get there, use Jefferson, which turns into PGA Blvd. Follow it all the way to Arnold Palmer and take a right to enter the gate. Give them your name and the property address. Home is on the left at the first stop sign
Please leave the trash on the side of the home; we pay a company to pick the trash up on the side of the home. Trash pickup on Monday mornings around 6 am. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry; if you have time to start one load of laundry, that's great, if not no worries.
Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
The golf course is private property; if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.
