Granite Ridge is a very quite and beautiful neighborhood in Shaver Lake. It's a short drive to the shops, restaurants, and the lake. For those of you who like to explore, there is a hiking trail that starts at the back of the property and will loop you through the neighborhood.

Living Room: As you step inside, you’re greeted by a spacious living room with a beautiful leather sectional and two swivel recliners, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The centerpiece of the room is a gorgeous fireplace framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in natural light and provide views of the surrounding trees. While the fireplace is for show only, the room remains cozy and inviting. Enjoy movie nights with the Roku-enabled Smart TV, where you can stream your favorite movies and TV shows.

Kitchen: Bearfoot Villa’s kitchen is a dream for any cook! Featuring beautiful wooden cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for your group. The island doubles as a breakfast table, comfortably seating four, while the nearby dining area seats six. Large windows surround the dining space, giving you incredible views of the deck and the forest beyond as you dine in style.

Downstairs Bedroom & Amenities: On the main floor, you’ll find a cozy bedroom on the left as you enter, equipped with two twin trundle beds—perfect for kids or additional guests. For added convenience, there’s a laundry room and a half bathroom on this level, making it easy to keep things tidy during your stay.

Upstairs Bedrooms: Venture upstairs to find three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, providing plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The second bedroom offers a full-size bed and a twin bunk bed, making it an ideal room for families traveling with kids. These two bedrooms share a full-size bathroom, complete with a vanity and plenty of counter space.

Master Suite: At the end of the open hallway, you’ll find the luxurious master bedroom. This expansive space features a king-size bed, two nightstands, and a spacious dresser with ample storage for your belongings. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding trees, a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. The master suite also includes an ensuite bathroom, complete with dual sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet for extra convenience and comfort.

Outdoor Living: Bearfoot Villa offers plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Step onto the multi-level deck, where you’ll find two sets of tables and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. Fire up the BBQ and cook up a feast while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The backyard has ample space for kids to play, and a hiking trail starts right at the property, winding through the neighborhood for those who love to explore the outdoors.

Parking & Garage: The property features both an attached two-car garage and a detached two-car garage, providing plenty of space for parking, including room for a boat in the driveway. With its luxurious features and abundant space, Bearfoot Villa ensures that every guest feels at home during their stay.

Head East on Hwy 168 until you reach Shaver Lake. Make a right turn on Bretz Mill Rd, then a left onto Granite Ridge Rd. The house will be on your left on the corner of Granite Ridge Rd and Gray Rock Rd.

Access: A smartlock is on the front door to ensure a smooth and easy check-in process. Guests will receive access codes and other check-in information prior to their arrival.

AC: Unfortunately, this house does not provide air conditioning.

Heating: This house provides central heating. The fireplace in the living room is NOT available for guests to use. Please remember that heat rises, so upstairs will always stay warmer then downstairs.

Trash: If guests are staying at the property on Sunday nights, please note that our handyman will stop by the property early Monday morning to roll the trash cans down to the street.

Winter: During winter, the outdoor furniture will be stored in the garage. Guests are welcome to still use the furniture if needed, but it can not stay outside as it will get damaged from the weight of the snow.
