The HOA controls the heating and cooling for this complex. Generally, cooling is turned on sometime in March, heating is turned on sometime in November, but it is based on local temperatures.

With temperatures expected in the mid to high 80’s by the end of February, HOA decided to start up the chillers for the season. The heat is now off, and the AC will be running when the outside temperature is above 60 degrees. There will be no more heat until the fall.
