Avec un peu plus de 1200 pieds carrés d'espace de vie spacieux, ce condo est livré avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, une laveuse et une sécheuse, et une télévision à écran plat.

Perfect!!!

Everything was perfect! Condo was very clean, location was great, view was awesome. Elevator was very helpful as we had an 81 yr old on a cane with us. Communication was great on check in/check out. My only complaint is we had one smoker with us that had to go across the street to a gazebo to smoke. At night it was very dark and a little uneasy feeling. Beside that, we would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for the family

Stay was great and condo was nice and clean. Mattresses weren’t great but that was the only complaint. Pool went down for a day but they were very fast to fix and get it online the next day. Location was ideal next to a beach that was not heavily trafficked. Would stay again for sure.

Great Location Tired and Dingy Amenities

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience was not great. The Condo #215 was a bit tired and could use some updating. The cleaning was mediocre at best. There were stains and splatter on the walls and counters. The TV stand in the living room had not been dusted, the Couch omitted a mildew oder. The master bathroom had mold in the edges of the door. The exterior common areas were musty with areas of rotted wood hanging down. the carpet runners on the walk ways was old and dingy. Again, the property needs an upgrade. The staff was efficient and communicated very well. The location is perfect. Clean this place up and I would recommend it and come back, but in the current condition I would not recommend a stay at this location.

Had we known, we would have happily sent our cleaning team out to take care of this for you and could have had the couch properly steam cleaned. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WOW...Well we had yet another great stay at Anchorage II in Myrtle Beach. We were in Unit 215 this time. Well decorated and the beds were nice. It is stocked with all the items you need in the kitchen. The view is great. If you are in the Master Bedroom you can see the ocean or enjoy the deck and see the ocean or the pool. This is a great location! We will be staying at Anchorage II again, probably a few times in 2023.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We will have the sofa cleaned as soon as possible and the condo deep cleaned. The owner will be in for the winter and will get a chance to see if the bed needs replacing. We hope you will let us know when you plan another trip to Myrtle Beach. Legit everything was amazing! We have already booked for next year and the only reason we did not rebook this condo was because we are bringing my in-laws next year and need a 3bedroom! This is the absolute perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation! We have a 8, 5, & 2 year old and it was truly prefect! If I had any complaint at all it would be that everything in this condo was a bit outdated, no smart TV's so we just ended up going to the closest Walmart and buying a Roku stick and used that in the living room, but that is my only complaint!!

We travelled with a group of 4 families and all of our friends had much better accommodations.

Yurly thank you for your feedback. This condo is going to be renovated by the new owners once the condo closes. It was suppose to have been done in the spring but there has been a delay in closing due to the original owner dying and lots of red tape. Please let us know if you plan a return trip, we would love to find you a condo that is better suited to your needs. Anchorage Rentals

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not exaggerating when I say my family has been coming to Myrtle Beach for 37 of my 39 years. For every visit, with the exception of one, we have stayed at the Anchorage. Without a doubt, this is the most disappointing condo I’ve stayed in, and that is mainly driven by the kitchen. When you walk into your vacation condo, you do not expect to see a refrigerator that has rust (or some other coating) all over the side. Absolutely ridiculous the owners are permitted to have a fridge like that. Additionally, the rest of the kitchen is subpar. Not only have the cabinets not been updated for decades, but they are also in poor condition. Additionally, the kitchen was not stocked with essentials like basic measuring cups. I have literally never complained during any of my trips, but this was ridiculous. As for the rest of the condo, it’s fine. Bathrooms seem updated, minus the poor water pressure in the non-master shower.

Phillip thank you for taking the time to leave this review. The condo is in transition right now. The owner passed away at the beginning of the year. The condo is in the process of being sold however it is in probate and has been since early spring. The kitchen is going to get an overhaul as soon as the courts let this closing happen. The new owners plan to do a lot of updating to this condo, and intended on doing it this past spring. We apologize you had to look at a rusty refrigerator during your stay. I would imagine by this Fall the condo will be in tip top shape. Anchorage Rentals

COVID 19 vaca

There were many precautions put in place for us to stay well. But the property was not very clean when we arrived. Very safe and family friendly area to be in. The condo was very spacious but could use some updates.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, we had to request 2 new mattress pads because they were dirty. We also ran the dishwasher to clean some of the dishes that were in the cabinets and the dishwasher leaked water all over the kitchen floor once it was started. The maintenance staff was very prompt and helpful. We did not run the dishwasher for the rest of the week due to complications and fear of leaking again. The appliances in the kitchen were very old, fridge rusted on the outside, all need to be replaced. The carpet in the bedrooms was also dirty and stained-should be replaced. We would probably not stay in this condo again unless things were updated. We did love the location of the condo and the view from the balcony. We love Anchorage 2 and will look for a more updated/cleaner condo in the future.

The front door did not fit properly and was difficult to unlock and lock at times and the screen door to the porch needs to be replaced,it kept coming off the track.Otherwise everything else was fine.
