This exceptional third floor3 bedroom / 2 bath condo directly overlooks the pool / courtyard and provides excellent ocean and pool views from the main level balcony and private 3rd bedroom balcony. Discover an enchanting retreat within our exquisite three-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium, ideally nestled in the vibrant core of Myrtle Beach. Immerse yourself in the majestic, wide-spanning seascapes that greet you upon arrival. This lavishly furnished abode seamlessly merges opulence and sophistication. Each bedroom engenders a tranquil ambiance, while the bathrooms bestow a touch of refinement. Venture onto the balconies and behold the awe-inspiring panoramas of the glistening ocean. With convenient access to the city's myriad attractions, renowned eateries, bustling nightlife, and an array of entertainment choices, your stay shall undoubtedly be etched into your memories. Embrace a perfect escape in Myrtle Beach!

The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple out door grills located on each side of complex as well as outside storage for beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.

* Please note Anchorage II is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in the designated area at the south gazebo next to the beach walkway

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Our condos are located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the Downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants.

Myrtle Beach International Airport is a convenient 10-15 minute drive.

This was a perfect place for an end of summer family trip. The property was as advertised. There was enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids.The area was quiet with easy access to the beach. My kids 9 and 5 really loved the loft area and the nearby park. Check in was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Long Weekend Getaway

The condo was just like the pictures. It was very clean and had everything that you could possibly need from kitchen cookware, utensils, beach chairs to games for hanging inside on a rainy day. It was centrally located to the strip, Broadway at the Beach and plenty of restauarants. Parking was convenient and the check-in process was very smooth.

Really Great Stay!

We had a great time at this condo and my kids loved the loft area. The views were amazing, beautiful sunrises every morning. Great bathrooms, plenty of space for all things in the kitchen and bedrooms. Great location and elevator was helpful for my parents who joined us. Would definitely stay here again!
