Ce condo donne directement sur la piscine / cour et offre une excellente vue sur l'océan et la piscine depuis le balcon. Avec un peu plus de 1200 pieds carrés d'espace de vie spacieux, ce condo est livré avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, une laveuse et une sécheuse, et une télévision à écran plat.

Spent 4 days with granddaughter and her roommate on spring break.

Was very clean relaxing stay. Easy to get around. Refrig doesn’t close well was only issue.

This condo was wonderful! Close enough to everything yet far enough away that it was very peaceful! If we were ever to go back to Myrtle Beach we would definitely stay there!

Quiet and comfortable

My wife and I came down for a week to relax. The property is right across the street from ocean. The pool is wonderful with view of ocean. The grounds are beautiful and have several charcoal grills for cooking. We rented a two bedroom condo. It was exactly as advertised. It was on the second floor and you could see the ocean from the balcony. It had everything we needed. It’s very nice inside and updated. Only issue we had the room signs were updated to numbers not letters so floor one used to be A floor 2 etc. Now rooms are listed as 114 etc.

Happy, Not Happy

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time staying at this location and we enjoy it. However, this year, the pool heater was “broken”, so the pool was too cold to swim in. There was construction near our unit, so we had to deal with that until 7:30-8 pm at night, and starting at 7:00 am in the morning. Lots of work around the pool area ... adding beach stones, mulch and sod. Not a pleasant way to enjoy your vacation ... constant disruptions. We realize this work has to be done, but we were paying top dollar to be in a constant “construction” zone! Very disappointing!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Anchorage I. The unit was clean, bed comfortable and kitchen was very functional. Only problem we experienced were the occupied units beside us the first week and above us the second week making noise. Constant running back forth in the unit above. But we dealt with it. We've stay at Anchorage I and II many times and will continue.

Morning walks were enjoyed along the fitness path. Teenagers enjoyed the pool as well as the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

It was easy to rent , got the information to check in with a email. Very clean entire place was upgraded. Great location. Nice regulars who were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Met the owner of our rental, very nice people. We'll be back thank you!!!

Wonderful fall get away.

Condo is almost perfect, but ...

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start with the positive, but unfortunately, I will finish with what for me was a fatal flaw. First of all the condominium was beautiful. It is very well equipped, very clean, and in one of the world's most beautiful locations. The beach is right across the street and you are a short drive to all the local attractions. Sadly, however, there is a fatal flaw in the design of this building. This is a second floor condominium, and there is a third floor condominium above it that is designed to hold a large family. The fatal design flaw is a paper thin floor lacking any sound insulation at all. The "family" above us had 5 middle school age boys, and possibly a toddler or two. The 5 days we were there it was like living inside of a drum kit. I even asked the boys if they could try to stop the running, but it didn't matter. They did calm down about 10:00 at night, but during the day it was constant. It is a shame, because like I said, everything else was perfect. We will not, however, stay again.
