Our space is located in the vibrant heart of South Beach, where the energy and excitement of the area are part of the charm. Please note that the building features older windows, which may not fully block out the lively sounds of the neighborhood, including street activity and nearby nightlife.
This home has two private bedrooms

1 King bed in the bedroom (sleeps 2)
2 Queen beds in the living room with Smart TV (sleeps 2 each)
1 King Bed in a private bedroom with attached bathroom and smart TV (Sleeps 2)
WORK AND CONNECTIVITY:
For those who need to stay connected, our guest house is equipped with super-fast internet, providing a seamless experience for remote work, video calls, or streaming your favorite content.
KITCHEN:
Prepare meals with ease in our well-equipped kitchen, There is a small refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, oven, toaster, pots and pans and cooking utensils, drip coffee maker, cutlery, plates, cups and mugs. The master bedroom has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and portable stovetop.
PARKING: There is paid metered street parking that is available on a first come first served basis. It is not guaranteed.
SMART TV:
There is a smart TV in the living room and in the master bedroom that has all streaming platforms that you can use with your personal account.

5 min to drive to the ocean
23 min to from Coral Gables
15 min to Wynwood and all the nightclubs
22 min to Key Biscayne
We are here for you during your stay but the level of interaction is up to you. Our preferred method of communication is through messages on the airbnb chat through the application.
MAIL POLICY:
We are unable to accept mail or packages at this unit as we do not have access to the mailbox. Please refrain from having mail delivered to this address. Instead, consider using a P.O. Box or an Amazon Locker for your deliveries.
Please NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS. No indoor smoking. Feel free to smoke in the outdoor areas.
All trash must be thrown away in bags in the dumpster located in the alley along the building toward Alton Road.
Remember that youâre staying in an apartment, not a hotel. We ask that you be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Please treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you

- **Check-In**: After 4:00 PM.
- **Check-Out**: By 10:00 AM.
- Early check-in may be available for $15 per hour if arranged in advance.
- Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a fee of $100 per hour or part thereof.
2. **Cancellation Policy**
- We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your booking from unexpected events.
- All cancellations will adhere strictly to our cancellation policy.
3. **No Parties or Gatherings**
- Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund for unused nights.
- Illegal activities are not permitted under any circumstances.
4. **Guest & Visitor Policy**
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay.
- No visitors are allowed during your stay without prior authorization.
- Adding extra guests also requires prior approval.
5. **Smoking Policy**
- Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in a $250 fine.
- For safety reasons, candles and incense are not allowed.
6. **Noise Levels**
- Please keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors.
7. **Trash Disposal**
- All trash must be securely bagged and disposed of in the dumpster located in the alley along the building toward Alton Road.
8. **Plumbing**
- Only flush a limited amount of toilet paper. Do not flush any other items to avoid clogs.
- Guests are responsible for plumbing fees if the toilet becomes clogged.
9. **Damages & Cleanliness**
- An inventory check is conducted after each stay. Fees may apply for:
- Missing or damaged items
- Heavily soiled or damaged linens/towels
- Excessive dirtiness
- Violations of the smoking policy
