With premier ski-in/out access to the Double Cabin ski run in Mountain Village, this comfortable 4 bedroom/4.5 bath log home has everything you need for the perfect Telluride vacation!
The Bear House on Double Cabin features a private patio slope side with hot tub, fire pit, gas fireplace, grill and outdoor kitchen area, plenty of seating - all while boasting mountain views of the San Juans.
This home is perfect for a family or two - or get-together with friends. It features a large, updated kitchen, dining table with seating for up to 8 guests and two living room/family room areas.
Walk into the front door which opens up to the main living room area with plenty of seating, large gas fireplace, bar area and powder room. This area also has three entrances to the large deck and patio, which is located right on the Double Cabin ski run. Head out skiing right from the back door! Taking a day off? Watch skiers go by while you enjoy a drink by the fire pit or soak in the hot tub. Or, enjoy hiking and biking right out your door in the summer!
The main level also features a large, updated kitchen with stainless steel, Viking appliances and a kitchen island with seating for 3 guests. Upstairs is an office with desk and seating - perfect for anyone needing to still handle work while in Telluride.
This main level also features 2 bedrooms with en suite baths - both with a queen bed, private balcony, TV and en suite bath with shower.
Downstairs is another spacious family room with an L-shaped sofa and TV. This level also has a spacious laundry room and entrance to a large patio, as well as the 2-car garage. This level also features the primary bedroom with a queen bed, private patio entrance, gas fireplace and large en suite bath with double sink and walk-in steam shower room.
Also on the floor is the bunk room with 2 comfortable, custom built twin bunk beds (4 twins). This bedroom has access to a full bath with shower next to the laundry room.
This home features towels and linens at 5-star hotel luxury quality throughout and consist of 100% organic Turkish cotton from FrontGate's Resort Collection. All linens are at least 400+ thread count FrontGate Grande Sferra Hotel collection cotton sateen.
