Host is not great at responding in a timely manner but did eventually answer me a few days before the stay..
Broken glass all over the backyard. This property is listed as safe for pets and we were really disappointed to find this all over the yard
They are renovating a house next door so it is incredibly loud and there is broken glass everywhere
Cigarette butts ALL over the backyard. It is very clear they do not clean the yard at all. Super disappointing.
Not only was the yard not clean but the cutlery had smudges and were clearly not washed.

Great house for get together

Good sized house with great accommodations, very clean. It was so helpful having 3 full bathrooms for 4 bedrooms. Neighborhood was not the greatest but the location was perfect for getting downtown easily. And the massage chair was a very nice perk!

Great house, but rough neighborhood.

The house is very pleasant, with a modern kitchen and very nice bathrooms. Overall good amenities, exactly as advertised. One or two things were missing (eg an iron and ironing board), but the property manager dealt with this very quickly and 100% to our satisfaction. Based on this I would give this property a TOP review. However, what can't be seen on VRBO is that the neighborhood is quite rough: for example, the neighboring house looks dilapidated, with a wreck of a car parked outside; on one occasion, while standing on the porch at the front of the house, a neighbor shouted at us, accusing us of taking her mail - she called me "officer" and was quite threatening. Also, as the house is on a corner, at the intersection of 2 roads with a stop sign, we could hear cars (with loud exhausts and playing loud music) late into the night slowing down at the stop sign, before driving off. For us the neighborhood spoilt our 4-day stay.
