Excellent place for our work trip. The sun sets are amazing on the back deck! We will definitely be back when in the area!

Overall great trip. House is in a great location. Spent time in Union, Cinncinnati and the Creation and Ark Encounter. The beds are very firm, but thats only real complaint. Also one night, coming back batteries died to open the door but owners directed us to the spare key and next day came with new batteries.

Very well stocked. Quiet dishwasher. Great appliances, AC kept up! Neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Could use a new couch and a rail for the outside stairs

The house was clean and well furnished. It was an amazing place for our three night stay. For future renters, just be aware that all three beds are VERY firm.

House was very clean and location proximity was perfect to visit the Arc Encounter, Creation Museum and Cincinnati. We had no issues but did reach out and the host was very quick to respond. If ever in the area again, we will come back here.

The property was clean, but not very senior citizen friendly. No railing on the concrete steps leading up to the house. Not enough towels. ( I had to wash towels for a 4 day stay) The bedrooms are very tiny and the furniture definitely needs upgrading. Also, all the furniture is low to the ground, making it hard for seniors to get up and down.

Perfect for elementary and older grandchildren not for toddlers due to placement of the stairs. In a residential neighborhood everything easy to drive to, such as groceries. Host very responsive and friendly to work with before and during our stay.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood just outside of the growing town of Walton. Just a few minutes drive from the grocery store and restaurants. We booked in Walton because it was 1/2 way between the Ark and the Creation Museum and it worked out perfectly! We even took a quick trip to Cincinnati since we were so close. Definitely enjoyed our trip. The ONLY thing I did not like were the beds. Memory Foam and very stiff. But I'm sure some people like the firmer beds. Just not me. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay at the house!

This property was especially convenient for us—we flew in to CVG and visited the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum which gave us short drives to all three. It is an easy drive to Florence where we found plenty of places to eat, although Bailey-Jayne’s Cafe in Walton might be the only place we needed. Our host was particularly friendly, checking in on us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Matt was very quick to respond to my emails.

Communications with the host was excellent! They really helped me out when i forgot my Drivers License. They were very accommodating on short notice. 10/10 for communication with the host. The beds were much firmer than expected. I struggled with sleep because of the beds. The unit was clean 10/10. Cabinet doors seemed to have a baby lock on them that i could not figure out how to get through. My kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. Excellent idea!

We reserved the house for 7 nights and stayed for 5. They communicated well and were on top of the problems we expressed after we arrived but I did not communicate with the same person for the 5 nights. The house had not been cleaned well. There was a giant stain on the carpet that my husband ended up scrubbing and cleaning. The light bulbs were out in the bathroom, coffee maker was broken, no hangers in any of the closets, broken furniture in the living room, broken basketball game in the garage, couldn't open the garage door to unload, wasps nest outside the garage door, trash still scattered in the garage/game room. The check in process felt a bit intense with having to submit your photo ID but I get it. Just know that you are renting from a huge company and they may respond but if you leave early because of a terrible stay, they could care less about reimbursing you. If you are looking for a place that has walls, AC and hard beds with no lamps just overhead lights and towels that are rough and tiny then this is the place for you.

Clean, decent location, but not worth the price

The house was clean and the location was perfect for where we needed. That being said the check in process is strange. I’ve booked tons of houses through VRBO and others like them and have never had to send ID and register through a separate site. The beds were awful and there was no hot water.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was cozy, clean, and had plenty of space for the 6 of us. It had everything we needed and even some extra thoughtful items that made our stay more comfortable. It was a great place for our family, and we would definitely stay here again.
