Great house! Well stocked with starting needs. Perfect location for beach and town. If only it had a pool we’d be back every visit. For Fall it was great. Id love to come back when they put the pool in : )

Simply beautiful, perfectly appointed home; immaculate; so close to the ocean (50-75 yards) and the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk; modest ocean view from entry level porch but great view from deck with pergola off second floor sitting room; extremely comfortable for our family of 8 adults and 3 little ones; absolute WOW factor when you see it, either the exterior or interior; parking is easy on site; host included concierge linen service

The house is beautiful and the Location couldn’t have been better. We could see the ocean from the porch and balcony. We could walk to everything - beach, boardwalk, Funland, playground, restaurants and shops. We appreciated the beach towels and linens that the owner provided. Will definitely be back!

Perfect location, perfect house!

My husband and I traveled with our son and daughter and their spouses as well as 2 3 year old grandsons. This house was amazing! Even though it is the 4th house from the beach, it is only steps away. The house had beach chairs, toys, a wagon all linens. The kitchen was fully equipped with 2 dishwashers! The layout is perfect—there was so much room for the 8 of us. The house is even more beautiful than the photos! A short walk to downtown Rehoboth and Funland.

***Beautifully appointed beach side home***

Where to begin? This home is so beautiful and has every thing needed for the best beach vacation. We loved the location, allowing us to park our cars and enjoy the sand and boardwalk...never needed to drive. Not only does the home have beautiful beach/ocean views from the front patio and balcony, it also has a cozy, private back yard, perfect for a BBQ and firepit evening. Tons of space and many bathrooms made everyone happy. We also LOVED the seperate ice machine and beach towels...thank you for thinking about all the fine details. Felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel!!
