As per the listing your exclusive secluded deck in the pet friendly garden which is enclosed on all side (please see house rules for more details when bringing pets) is yours to enjoy during the entirety of your stay from 8am to 8pm (or whenever it gets dark, whichever comes first.) We kindly discourage use of the garden after dark for our guest's safety as the steps to the secluded deck can be very steep and very difficult to navigate without daylight!!

-It’s our pleasure to provide complimentary bathroom tissue, and trash bags, for guests on their arrival so you don’t have to worry about picking up basic supplies when they first arrive.

-If guests need additional items for their first night (eg. for ecological reasons guests have asked we no longer provide complimentary paper towels), or if guests are staying for more than 1 - 2 nights we kindly suggest picking-up any additional supplies you may specifically require before arrival for your utmost convenience and comfort.

This multi million dollar Hollywood Hills estate, nestled and hidden away in the hills above West Hollywood, proudly boasts a rare half-acre multilevel garden (fully fenced & pet-friendly) with serene and tranquil, treetop, vistas of the rolling hills so you can relax under the tall trees and soak in the serene and peaceful sounds of the multitude of wild birds that call this Canyon their home.

You may even see deer frolicking just outside your front door.! We kindly and respectfully ask that guests, please understand that the pictures of the lush green garden in the property listing were taken just before the recent new restrictive LA County mandate that stipulates that all property owners immediately cease and desist using all, and any, sprinkler systems, or face heavy fines and citations, due to the very severe state-wide water shortage and thus the grass, as pictured in the listing, may not exactly reflect the the grass in the garden, since the countywide sprinkler cease and desist mandate. Given that water is now a rare commodity in the state of California, and due to rising temperatures and global warming, the state has made it impossible - for good reason - for homeowners with gardens to now continue to grow grass less they face, severe and harsh penalties. continue to grow grass less they face, severe and harsh penalties.
