The Space:
Living Area:
A bright and inviting area featuring comfortable seating, a modern sofa, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The space is designed for relaxation and socializing, with large windows that flood the room with natural light and provide easy access to the private balcony. Next to the living room, the elegant dining area features a sleek table with seating for four, perfect for family meals or dinners with friends.

Kitchen:
A fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. Comes with all the essentials like cookware, utensils, and a coffee maker, making meal preparation convenient and enjoyable.

Master Bedroom:
A serene and stylish space featuring a king-size bed, premium linens, and ample closet space. The room includes private access to an en-suite bathroom and large windows that showcase stunning views.

Second Bedroom:
A cozy yet spacious room with two double beds or an alternative configuration. Designed for comfort, it includes high-quality bedding, storage, and easy access to the second bathroom.

Primary Bathroom:
A luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower / bathtub combination, modern vanity, and premium toiletries for a spa-like experience.

Second Bathroom:
A shared but equally well-appointed bathroom with sleek finishes, a walk-in shower, and fresh towels, offering both style and functionality.

• ROOFTOP POOL - Located on the 9th floor, infinity-edge ocean view pool, Jacuzzi, sundeck and private cabanas (included in resort fee).

• FITNESS CENTER - Fully-equipped Fitness Center overlooking the intercostal (included in resort fee).

• BEACH ACCESS - The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (included in resort fee).

• BASKETBALL COURT

• CONCIERGE - 24-hour personal concierge and room service.

• RESTAURANT - Three restaurants, including the celebrated Terrazas, showcase South Florida’s freshest seafood and citrus in seasonal menus that shine with originality (paid separately).

• BAR - Full service bar with drinks specials (paid separately).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• Age limit to check-in is 21+ years old.

• You will check in with the hotel receptionist. Three days prior to your arrival, you’ll receive all information how to access the property.

• During CHECK-IN you will be asked to pay the resort fees to the resort directly.

• RESORT FEE (charged per unit per night):
$40 + tax per night
Resort will place hold on $250 as security deposit.

• Valet parking fee: $35 + tax per night
EV charging available on-site.

• Please note: The resort manages these rates, and they may update them without immediate reflection on our listing.

• Keep in mind only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella is included in resort fee.

• Please Note: Beach chairs are available on a first come first service basis and cannot be reserved. Please consider arriving early during high season as amenities are limited.

• Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib:
A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

• For stays longer than 30 days, please contact the resort for the most up to date rate, fees and information regarding amenities.

• Housekeeping during stay (optional):
$165
This option is provided by a third party cleaning company. Please reach out to one of our associates with a date and time you'd like to schedule the cleaning, and we'll coordinate with the cleaners to help with your request.

• Package Fee:
Need to receive a package during your stay? No problem! Our Package Service makes it easy and convenient - just bring a valid ID to claim your delivery.

Package Pickup Hours & Fees:
* 8 AM - 4 PM (Mon–Sun): $5.50 (includes 7% tax & 3% service fee)
* After Hours: $27.50 (includes 7% tax & 3% service fee)
Please note: Owners do not pay unless the package is under someone else’s name.

• Optional Add-Ons: Set of Towels – $25, Linen Package – $35, Basic Toiletries – $20, Essentials Pack – $35 (includes toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher liquid, and detergent). Contact us to arrange.

**Early check-in is not guaranteed, but we always try to accommodate when the schedule allows. If available, an $100 fee applies, and access will be provided as soon as the unit is ready.

**Late check-out fee is $100 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.

• Beach Towels provided by the Resort Beach Service are only allowed to be used on the beach.

• Wrist Bands provided by the resort need to be worn by all guests while using resort amenities.

• Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.

• Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
