The Space:
Welcome to the Hornbeam Ski Retreat! This charming 2BR, 1.5BA home provides a peaceful year-round retreat for those looking to experience Beech Mountain's beauty in all the seasons! Less than 2 minutes to Beech Mountain Resort, this fantastic location allows easy access to Beech Mountain restaurants and shopping, Buckeye Recreation Center, Sugar Mountain, Emerald Outback, hiking, skiing, and mountain biking! This is the perfect spot for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Sun shines through large windows throughout the day, making the living space bright and warm. No matter the season, you can enjoy the gorgeous natural environment from the wrap-around deck, a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail.

Access is easy-breezy - NO KEYS TO LOSE! You will have your own unique access code good for the duration of your stay. No worries about going extra places to get keys or having to make beds on your own. Simply show up for your vacation, instant access, beds made - time to RELAX!

The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit. Both Beech Mountain & Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips

Getting Around:
It is recommended to bring a 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain during winter months!

The home is situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit.

Both Beech Mountain & Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips.

Although the Town of Beech Mountain does a great job clearing snow off of the main roads quickly in the winter months it is highly recommended to have 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain. During winter months we highly recommend bringing snow chains to assist.
