Brief review 17 Cedar Rd.
Lovely large home with plenty of open space for everyone!! Super grill; large open air upstairs deck; terrific to use garage for bikes and strollers; short walk to beach!! We had a great vacation!!! Want to vacation rent this again next summer!!!
We loved this light filled spacious well located home in the lovely north shores! Our group of cousins was able to gather and spread across the big common area and open kitchen and dining area. A few notes: - as is the norm in Rehoboth, you get NOTHING no dishsoap no handsoap etc- half curtains only on the windows mean its bright in the morning - glass doors on the twin room not the most private - they have you communicate on a different app than VRBO - kitchen could use more pots/pans/etc that fit cooking for 12 people
We loved the house and would like to rent it again next year but a week earlier.

Reasonably priced, could use some update
Overall, this rental met our needs for our beach trip, & it was on the more affordable side for rentals in Rehoboth. However, I do think there are a number of opportunities for improvement:
- there are no blinds on any of the windows. The sun facing rooms get really bright & very hot quite early in the morning. There's also no way to close blinds for privacy.
- one of the rooms being counted as a bedroom was clearly a former study - the doors to the room have glass panes with nothing covering them; people in the living room or kitchen can see into the room at all hours.
- the living room and patio furniture could be improved. There are only four chairs on the back deck, so it isn't big enough to fit the entire group for a meal. The living room furniture is a bit odd & seems out of place; it also doesn't fill the entire living room. It seems like there should be a second couch (or just additional sitting space).
