La montagne est juste devant votre porte dans ce condo au premier étage de deux chambres situé sur le coin des pistes. Une courte promenade vous mènera à la piste de ski et au ski ou en descendant à l'ascenseur du West Wall. Le tout nouveau canapé velouté et les fauteuils inclinables de style norvégien vous invitent à vous détendre et à profiter de la vue sur Washington Gulch, à regarder votre émission préférée ou à vous réchauffer près d'un feu de cheminée. Les nouveaux joueurs Bluray supportent Netflix, vous ne manquerez donc aucun spectacle. Dirigez-vous vers la cuisine pour déguster un chocolat chaud ou un dîner de rôti: il est approvisionné pour faciliter la préparation des repas et obtenir un résultat délicieux. La table à manger peut accueillir quatre personnes et plus au bar. Après une journée de divertissement, installez-vous sur des lits super cool, conçus sur mesure avec des matelas neufs et de qualité. Un roi dans la chambre principale et deux doubles dans la deuxième chambre avec TV et Bluray dans chacune. Les livres, les jeux et les casse-tête offrent des divertissements à l'intérieur. Le spa bouillonnant et le sauna bordé de cèdre se trouvent juste au bout du couloir - une laverie payante également. Le patio couvert est un lieu de prédilection pour le café, la lecture ou les célèbres couchers de soleil de Crested Butte, et il est parfait pour votre chiot. Des chaises de patio sont fournies pour votre commodité.

La clé de voûte du San Moritz est construite sur une pente facile. K101 est une unité située au rez-de-chaussée, accessible depuis le parking par une volée d’escaliers jusqu’au premier étage.

We loved staying at this place!! Everything we needed was there and then some!! The kitchen was fully equipped with very nice cookware, dishes & an induction stove top. We enjoyed the fireplace two nights with the provided firewood, which was very nice. we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Unit is ski out to West wall lift, but Ski in requires 65 steps uphill to get to unit. Can ski in if willing to come down some ungroomed terrain. Unit is nicely equipped and clean

They will groom the trail back to ski-in, but we had recieved three feet of snow in two days shortly before your arrival, so I'm not sure they had a chance to groom it by your stay. Thanks for taking the time to review this property. I can assure you that this condo is portrayed accurately via the listing photographs. The unit has not changed since photos were taken. I'm sorry that you disagree and felt the property was just OK. We would never show one property and put guests into another at San Moritz. You were here for three nights and had ample opportunity to communicate your concerns with the office but chose not to. I do appreciate your feedback, as we value and take all guests' concerns seriously at our complex, but would appreciate the opportunity to address concerns while you are staying with us and would appreciate more concrete feedback, so we can remedy the specific issues. The condo had all the kitchen stuff to cook great meals if we decided not to go into town due to the 30+ inches of snow. After dinner there were plenty of games, books and puzzles in the "FUN" closet.

Walk out condo ski in/ski out

Perfect space for two couples or a family with kids. Rooms are separated by the open kitchen and living area. You're feet from the West Wall lift, and easy walk out patio to let the puppies out. We cooked all of our meals, and the kitchen was plenty stocked with cooking materials. I would recommend bringing your spices, but they have all of the cooking ware you'll need. Property management is onsite and quickly responded to our issue. The gentleman was very nice and helpful. Overall complex was clean and quiet.

Our stay at Keystone 101

We greatly enjoy the condos. This was our second time staying. It is a great ski-in ski-out. We had a few concerns about the condo. The water takes a long time to get hot and is limited in how much hot water is available. Also, there are a lot of cobwebs on the ceiling that should be easy to take care of. Lastly, the parking lot is very dangerous as it gets frozen and melts. Other than these few things, we had another wonderful stay and definitely recommend it.

I apologize for the hot water; I will ask maintenance to check the hot water heaters for the building and make sure everything is working properly. I will also ask Housekeeping to address those cobwebs. The parking lot does go through a melt-freeze cycle once we get into spring, and this year was especially warm, so the cycle was a little more intense after all the snowfall we recieved earlier this year! We have never been disappointed in the condos we have stayed in...best of all, they allow pets and are most accommodating to our furry kiddos. The views are perfect, the staff is always prompt and professional. The only disappointed was not getting to see Cruzer, the manager's giant Malamute. LOL!

Spacious condo next to the lifts

We really enjoyed our stay at San Moritz condos. The unit was roomy with lots of storage. There was even a pantry off the kitchen area. Beds were comfortable. We loved the wood-burning fireplace. Kitchen was the best equipped in all the short term rentals we've been in. Some reviewers describe it as dated, but we felt like it was more just kind of cabin style. Living room chairs were not comfortable but that wasn't a big deal. Best of all was the walk out the back door and down the slope to the ski lifts, the skiers were very happy. Also nice to have the shuttle to run us to the base and into town. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cozy Little Spot

Reviewer Comments: Pros: excellent and responsive management, the unit is dog-friendly, steps away from the hot tub and washers/dryers, steps away from the West Wall lift.Considerations: snow drifts blocked 90% of our view out of all windows, small galley kitchen with dated furnishings, dated master bath (recently renovated guest bath, though), spotty Wi-Fi from the master bedroom, no fold-out couch in the living room, indoor hot tub, moderately challenging (for us Texans) to down to the unit from the West Wall lift (versus walking ~25 yards up the hill with your gear).

Make sure they aren't remodeling above you

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4 days/nights of week long vacation ruined by remodeling of the unit above us including hammering, sawing, drilling, dropping tools, stopping on floor (our ceiling) and home furnishings/trash clogging up the hallway. The noise went on from 7am to 9-10pm for 4 days. Made two verbal complaints and while the staff was nice nothing changed. Very disappointed!!

So sorry to hear about this experience! Construction during the busiest season of the year is not allowed at our condo complex, and I'm not sure why this was happening during your stay. We have spoken with the owners of the condo above you, and they have been instructed NOT to do any more work for the rest of ski season. I did not personally take your complaints, but in the future, the staff here will do more to effectively address these types of issues as it absolutely unacceptable. The kitchen was very dirty and we couldn't even cut the meat with the knives. The coffee maker was broken. Several lamps needed new light bulbs or were burnt out. The condo above was so loud you could hear their footsteps. The family room furniture was extremely uncomfortable and not adequate for more than 4 people. It was nice to have available firewood. It is a ski out but not ski in.
