De plus récents revêtements de sol stratifiés ont été installés dans le salon et la salle à manger et le condo présente un décor magnifique, vous êtes sûr de vous sentir chez vous! La vue sur la baie de Boca Ciega est visible depuis votre balcon privé, le salon, la cuisine et la salle à manger, c’est merveilleux! Vous êtes susceptible de voir nager des dauphins, des plaisanciers et certains ont même la chance de voir un lamantin ou deux! La propriété Amadeus est un bon rapport qualité-prix avec un emplacement central idéal qui vous permet d’accéder à pied à la plage, aux épiceries, aux restaurants, aux magasins et à de nombreuses autres activités. S'IL VOUS PLAÎT NOTE: Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur à cette propriété, seulement des escaliers pour accéder.

Great Place and Great Location

The property is amazing with an incredible pool and bay view. Also a 90 sec walk to the beach and the grocery store. Close to other attractions and St. Pete’s. I would highly recommend this for your Treasure Island vacation!

Awesome views!

We loved sitting out and looking over the pool, Boca Ciega bay and watching the dolphins. Perfect walk to the beach and short walk to the bars & restaurants. Could use some new beach equipment, patio screen doors were old and hard to open and the king bed was pretty hard. We absolutely love hanging out in the Treasure Island area.

Family Getaway

There really isn't anything bad to say. Location was amazing, beautiful sunrises watched from the balcony, we even caught a few dolphins swim by each day. The pool was fantastic, we were in it each day of our trip. Overall the condo was spacious and more then enough room for the 4 of us. We could not have asked for a better place to stay to enjoy our last week of summer vacation.

There was more than enough room for the four of us and plenty to spare. The balcony was amazing with beautiful, warm morning sunrises which some days even included a dolphin and some pelicans. The grounds were clean with more then enough pool seats. The pool itself was another awesome feature to this location. There was not a single day we didn't spend time in it or just laying around soaking up the sunshine. There really isn't anything for us to complain about, and it was mostly 5 stars all around. I gave the general condition 4 stars just because (in my opinion) there were a few minor areas that probably could use some updating but in no way hindered our stay. I gave the property cleanliness 4 stars only because upon arrival the unit was a bit dusty (NOT DIRTY) dusty, I'm not sure anyone was in the unit the week before us so it might have sat a bit longer but again no big deal, a quick wipe and we were good to go.

Amadeus #5 - April 20-27, 2019

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Amadeus once before in a different unit. This property and location are great. Just two notes on Amadeus #5 compared to a previous unit we stayed in here. 1) The floors were not clean and we had to go out and purchase cleansers and materials and scrub them ourselves. 2) The TV only receives very basic cable channels and no sports or movies. We had to go off the property to see the playoff games. Other unit owners here told us ours was the only unit that the owner would not pay for the extra channels. That was an inconvenience for something that we expect should be standard. Would stay at Amadeus again and will recommend this property but not unit #5.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed in 3 different units in this building. This is the first time we've stayed on the first floor. The view of the water was a little obstructed by the foliage, however, you could see the wildlife a little more closely being closer to the ground. The unit itself was very clean and well kept. It had all the amenities we have come to expect. The only thing I would caution is the master bathroom shower. The sides of the tub were average but when you add in the track for the sliding glass doors, it is a pretty tall wall to scale when getting in and out. So, if you are someone who has limited mobility, you may want to consider using the shower in the other bathroom. Overall, everything was clean. The kitchen appliances appeared to be recently updated and very nice to use. Washer and Dryer in the unit is always helpful when you are traveling with children. Overall, a wonderful experience as always from start to finish. It's a shame it always has to come to an end.

First time at Amadeus. Not the last!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Lands End three times before. Next time we will be back at Amadeus. Walking distance to Publix, resturants, bar and the beach.Dont need a car to stay here. Great staff at Resort Rentals as always. I recommend Amadeus.

Great unit , but needs attention from owner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always we had a wonderful time at unit #,5,but we had 5 or six calls for maintenance and the kitchen supplies left much to be desired. A walk through by the owner is long over-due !!!!

Awesome!!! :-) Yes, the Amadeus property is one location that is easy to stay at if you do not have a car since it is so close to the grocery store, restaurants and public beach access! So glad you loved it and we look forward to your next visit.

Treasure Island Fun

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my third time staying at the Amadeus #5 Condo. I love the location, so close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store. Lots to do in the area. The condo had most everything I needed. The view over the bay is beautiful and I would see dolphins everyday.
