Welcome to our cozy condo, just one block from the famous Waikiki Beach! Ideal for couples, families, or solo travelers, our condo provides a comfortable retreat with easy access to beach activities, dining, and shopping. This property sleeps up to two guests in total comfort, and with additionally up to 2 young children. Enjoy the convenience of free parking (first come, first served). Relax on your private balcony, offering a small but charming view. The full kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the bathroom is equipped with all the essentials. Experience the best of Waikiki from this prime location!

• 54” Smart flat screen television.

• Cleaning supplies.

• Check-in will be done in person. We have a guest host who will meet you at the property, familiarize you with the place, pass along WiFi codes, answer any questions you may have (both about our apartment and local hotspots for dining and entertainment).
PARKING
• Parking garages (open ONLY with key fob).
• Parking is based on availability and it is first come first serve.
• Only for the top level of parking, the downstairs parking are all assigned stalls.
• Parking stall No. 136 is for compact cars only, as we need to allow room for the mopeds and motorcycles to access their designated parking corner on the lobby level.
• Vehicles include: motorcycles and mopeds. Only one vehicle allowed per unit.
• Each vehicle must be moved within a 24 - hour period and be off the lot every 72 hours.
• GUEST PARKING IS ALLOWED ON A LIMITED BASIS: MON - FRI 8:00 AM TO 4:00 PM
• Must register with building management for overnight parking. Do not park in any reserved stall.
• DriveHui (“Hourly Rental Car”) has two vehicles parked in their own spots across the street.
LAUNDRY
• Coin Op Laundry is available on the first floor/lobby level.
It is easily accessible just straight out of the elevator, around the corner. The machines can be operated using either coins or an app.
ACCESS
• Elevator access with secured FOB key entry only.
TRASH
• Trash bin (dumpster) located on basement level.
LAUNDRY
• Laundry on the ground level in the parking area.
LOCATION
• Waikiki Beach - 2 minute walk.
• Honolulu Zoo - across the street.
• Kapiolani Park & the Shell Theater - 4 min walk.
• Central Waikiki - 6 minutes to all the shops and restaurants.

• There's a bike rental place and a moped rental place just at the end of the street.
• We have an ABC store (local convenience store), a Starbucks and a Domino's pizza place all with a 2-3 min walk.
ABOUT ILLEGAL RENTALS
• The city and county has recently passed new enforcement measures against vacation rentals which are NOT legally zoned to operate. Basically, most of EVERYTHING OUTSIDE OF WAIKIKI IS ILLEGAL with very few exceptions with some illegal in Waikiki too but it is a safer bet. If you are booked now or intend to book outside of Waikiki or any rental not legally zoned and operated, BEWARE as your reservation may be cancelled without any notice including during your stay. Have a back up plan or better yet, just book a legally zoned rental like this one!
