Deluxe Studio*King Size Bed*Free Parking and Wifi

This studio condo is perfectly located in the heart of Waikiki just minutes from the beach and shopping also showcasing a steakhouse attached to the building accessed through the lobby! We are in a safe, convenient area with a city bus stop across the street. You also get a reserved parking spot in the garage for your vehicle adding a tremendous value to your stay in Waikiki which is notoriously expensive for parking when you get lucky enough to find a spot.

ATTENTION! Please be advised that starting October 27th, 2025 the building will begin an exterior concrete repair and painting project. During this project, guests can expect noisy work (drilling & hammering) occurring Monday-Friday, from 8am-4:30pm. Safety measures will be in place, but some degree of dust and vibrations are unavoidable depending on the area being worked on. The building pool and sundeck will be closed for the duration of this project, and for segments of the project, each unit's lanai will be inaccessible. This project is expected to last 6-12 months. For this inconvenience, our daily rate has already been reduced.

Perfect for us

My husband and I have visited Waikiki multiple times in the past and have stayed at this building before. It’s a perfect location; close to everything (beach, restaurants, grocery) and includes a parking space. The space was very clean and comfortable, we would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay :)

Property was very nice, comfortable, and was in a great location, and had everything we needed! Communication from Tropical Escapes was very good. The bed was especially comfortable, which we really appreciated.

Great location

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Great location. Small-ish but functional. Perfect size for the 1 of us, especially since we were out and about most of the time. Modern updates are nice.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed this nice condo. Well equipped in the kitchen as well as with beach gear -thanks! The bed was very comfortable. It was an easy walk to many places in Waikiki. However, it was very noisy; both the loud city traffic, and, unfortunately, neighboring condos with guests up loudly (or early, like 3 AM) on their lanais each night we were there. A 5 star without the noise.

Small but clean!

Nice little unit that was clean and close to beach and shopping. Only stayed one night(Friday) so night life a little noisy( ear plugs were supplied in unit) Check in process is a little more than the usual but good instructions were given. Good unit for younger generation!

Perfect rental for two!

Just as listed. Clean, comfortable, and close to everything. We loved the balcony and having a designated parking space (beats the $45/day we were spending at our previous hotel). Hosts were quick to respond. We definitely want to come back!

Great waikiki experience

Very impressed with the whole experience. The location was very handy to the beach and shops. The apartment had everything we needed from beach chairs to laundry detergent. Ine recommendation would be some suitable oven trays to cook on in the oven although this looked fairly new. I would recommend sraying here to anyone

Blew away expectations

The location was right next to the shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The unit looked better in person and was well stocked so we could do breakfast a couple times. Communication was good and the check in process was easy especially since we didn’t get in until midnight. Car parking was a life saver since most hotels gouge you for parking and there’s nowhere to park on the street. Was very happy with our stay.

Location location location

Location was amazing. Close to many restaurants, stores & beach. Our bathroom drain was slow when we arrived. I messaged our host but never heard back from her which was disappointing. We did go to target & purchased a product that fixed the problem. Entering & exiting condo was a little confusing at first however that could be an age thing. Overall thought great place to stay & would definitely recommend this property.

Good communication with host and management company. Clean. Close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Comfortable bed. Inside the building was quiet but the street noise was bad. Traffic, people partying at all hours of the night and delivery trucks arriving before dawn with fork lifts beeping. Very hard to get a good night sleep. Nice place but we would not stay here again

Great property to rent

Very nice, but don't wait for last minute to rent or you'll pay. It is peaceful, and clean. We had efficient, productive, and timely communication with the owners/managers. A little more sound insulation on the street side will help a little bit, but nothing serious. Faster or more elevators will help a little bit. Great group of guests and families in the multistory building. I loved the electronic remote keyless door lock. More distinct marking on the outside of parking enterance makes it easier to find on a busy street, but after two days, no problem finding it.

I apologize for parking being confusing, but yes, once you get used to it, it is a breeze. We love the electronic door lock as it makes it safer and personalized for each of our guests. Perfect location to experience Waikiki for those that don't want to pay big resort fees. The place was clean and we enjoyed cooking most of our own meals. Parking is included, which is fantastic. Target is a five minute walk, which makes it easy to grab groceries. The beach umbrella and chairs were nice to have as well.The biggest opportunity for improvement is communication with the host. They don't use the VRBO app but a website for check-in and check-out procedures. They also ask to communicate via text through provided number. I found this a bit cumbersome as the communications were not kept within the VRBO ecosystem.We had a few other normal bumps that come from wear and tear on a living space, but no show stoppers. Also, be aware of the city noise on Friday and Saturday nights. It was loud until 4:00 AM and the sound just bounces off all the buildings. The hosts did have a pair of earplugs in the place, but we read about this on other reviews and brought earplugs designed for sleeping (more flush with the ear) we bought on Amazon.Finally, Oahu does NOT do shopping bags. Bring your own reusable bags or be prepared to purchase these during your stay. It threw us off at first but I came to actually like the idea as it caused us to be more intentional about our purchases.We would stay here again, now that we know the ropes.
