A side pathway with steps provides easy access to the private backyard.
- Entry to the Unit:
- Short flight of steps right next to parking area will guide you up to the back yard where
the main entrance is easily accessed.
- Kitchen and Dining Area:
The entrance opens into a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. Complimentary coffee, tea, creamer, and more are provided. The dining area seats 4 comfortably. Enjoy a custom mosaic gas fireplace and a 55” smart TV with streaming capabilities. Marvel at breathtaking downtown panoramas through floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors. Sliding doors open to a large deck, perfect for enjoying the sunrise, sunset, downtown fireworks, or your morning coffee.

- Hallway Amenities:
Down the hall, you’ll find a full bathroom featuring a luxurious soaking tub, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience. Towels and basic bathing supplies are also provided to ensure a comfortable stay.
- First Bedroom:
The first bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, dressers for storage, and space for hanging clothes.
- Second Bedroom/Attic:
Is located upstairs, featuring a cooling gel memory foam king-size bed and a convenient half bathroom. This retro, movie-inspired attic offers a one-of-a-kind experience with its distinct design and cozy ambiance.
- Panoramic Outdoor Deck
The retreat features an expansive outdoor deck above the garage, equipped with a fire pit, lounge seating, and ambient lighting—perfect for relaxing while soaking in the stunning scenery.

- A/C/ Heating:
There is central Heating and Air conditioning units throughout the entire house. There are also ceiling fans in each room of the house for extra comfort.

- Shoes Off Policy:
To maintain cleanliness and preserve the flooring, we kindly ask all guests to remove their shoes upon entering the home. Feel free to bring indoor slippers for added comfort.

- Celebrations
We are happy to accommodate small celebrations, including birthdays, anniversaries, or intimate weddings. The patio comfortably accommodates up to 10-15 people, making it an ideal space for your gathering. Please contact us for more information.

- Noise Policy
While the outdoor spaces, including the enclosed patio and backyard, are fully private, we kindly ask that you maintain low noise levels during quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM daily) to ensure respect for our neighbors.

- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property to ensure a fresh and clean environment for all guests. A $250 fee will be charged if smoking occurs indoors. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
