Our studio is the bottom unit of a two-unit house, offering a private entrance and plenty of off-street parking.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a coffee bar with a Keurig for your morning brew! Stay connected with high-speed internet and relax with a 42” TV featuring local channels via antenna and an Amazon Fire Stick for streaming (just bring your logins).

The deck outside offers a breathtaking view of Pittsburgh—perfect for coffee, reading, sunbathing, working, or enjoying a romantic evening with cocktails.


For your safety and the protection of our property, we have exterior security cameras that are only checked if necessary.

Our cleaners go above and beyond to ensure the space is spotless for every guest. We pay them a living wage to show our appreciation, and we thank you for helping support their families.

Please note: The futon is 64 inches (5ft 3in) – it's on the shorter side, so keep that in mind if you plan to use it.

Our studio is located in the "Southside Slopes." Since Pittsburgh is in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains, the area is aptly named for its incline. You’ll need to drive up a hill to reach the studio, and the driveway is sloped. However, it's never been an issue for guests to park and drive in and out with ease.

As Harvey MacKay once said, “If you don’t climb the mountain, you can’t see the view.”
