Loved the home and the location! Quick walk to the beach and also dinning, shopping, and ice cream accessible by golf cart! Perfect size for our group!

This is such a great house. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of room for all of us to gather comfortably. The golf cart and beach chair service were the best! 10 out of 10 would stay here again!!

This place was very accommodating and comfortable. There was enough room for the guests to enjoy when they wanted their own space. The beds were extremely comfortable, no one complained about the beds being uncomfortable. We highly recommended and would stay here again someday.

Beautiful home in a convenient location for shopping and dining, Short walk to the beach. Was traveling with my grandchildren and they loved going from the beach to the pool, which we arranged to have heated during our stay. The hosts were very responsive when I asked for a few recommendations to help make the most of our time in Destin.

This house was by far the best house we have stayed in on our annual ladies family trip to Destin. The house was very clean and stocked with plenty of amenities. The location is close to the beach and perfect for shopping and dining. I would definitely recommend this property for larger families. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

Excellent stay! Wonderful hosts!

This house was fantastic! It definitely had enough room for my entire family and the hosts were so gracious! They were quick to respond with any questions that we had and even delivered cookies upon our arrival! Definitely a 5 star experience!

Amazing Property!

The whole experience was perfection!! The hosts were very helpful in my ample of questions leading up to our stay and you can tell they thought of the small details in the home! The bedrooms have sound machines, and the blackout curtains with young kids let this mama sleep in on vacation! HIGHLY recommend this home!

We loved this house. It was exactly as listed. Close to the beach. Pool was great. A lot of space for our family. Host was super responsive and did everything to make our stay great. We will definitely be back!

Everything was fabulous! The heated pool and hot tub-such a big hit for the grandkids. Plenty of room for all of us in the main house. The Carriage house was one of the reasons I chose this rental. Much needed for our 11 month old granddaughter and parents to get naps in and keep early bedtime on a schedule. Loved that there was a high chair and pack and play for our littlest grand girl. Having the golf cart included during our stay was such a treat! The beds were comfy. We loved that the hosts had a Christmas tree set up. Such a nice touch. Also loved the small little touches such as the towels folded into bows and even the toilet paper had bows on the rolls. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful family Christmas vacation! We hope to return soon.

Beautiful Property! Excellent host!

The pictures don’t do this property justice! The open living room area downstairs is huge and absolutely beautiful. Very clean which is super important to us. The host provides way more than most! We had shampoo, conditioner & body wash in every bathroom! They provided the dishwasher soap, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels! They had fun games, books, beach chairs, a cooler, baby stuff and so much more! We had one small issue with the pool heating but when I messaged the host they were there in 15 minutes and fixed it immediately. Also unlike others they did not have a huge list of check out requirements. Very impressive and we will book this beautiful home again! Loved the separate housing / bedroom out back for my adult daughter as well!

Wonderful stay at Robert and Kourtney's house

We had a great time staying at Robert and Kourtney's place! The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is very close to the grocery stores. It is within easy walking distance to the beach. The house is very clean and spacious. Also, the kitchen is well-equipped. It has all sorts of pans, utensils, paper towels, and two big refrigerators. The beds are all clean and very comfortable, and we slept well every night. Robert and Kourtney are very responsive. We experienced a power outage in one room. They sent handyman and electricity technician to the house immediately and helped us fix it very quickly. After this problem was resolved, they sent a box of cookies. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious cookies.Overall we highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if we go to Destin in the future!

The house was perfect for my sister’s bachelorette trip! It was so spacious and clean. There were plenty of places for people to sleep comfortably and plenty of bathrooms for a large group of girls to get ready in! It was just a minute or less away from the boardwalk to get to the beach. They provided us with a rented gold cart that made accessing the beach very easy. I would recommend renting beach chairs because it is a lot to load and take back and forth on the golf cart. There is paid parking right across the street of the board walk, or you can drive like 7 minutes down to a free parking but it really is better to access the beach from the boardwalk. Overall, the host was so great at quick communication, and I had zero complaints about the house!

We stayed here for a family vacation, and the house and location were perfect! The home is large enough for a big group, but also manages to be cozy. The home has a large open downstairs that’s large enough for everyone to gather comfortably, while also having distinct areas for smaller groups to hang out and talk. One evening we had 3 game areas going strong. The proximity to the beach is fantastic, and the golf cart makes it even easier to get everyone where they need to go. Communication was great. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
