Sherry I am glad you all enjoyed the house and the pool . The distance to the beach access is one and half block ( 5-6 minutes of leisurely walk ). The beach access is 300 ft wide with 300 ft of public beach. One of the best public beach and access in whole of Crystal Beach .

Laura Thank you for your review . The house is exactly 5 minutes walk to the beach as advertised . We also provide a golf cart . The refrigerator was checked and no issue was found . It’s mainly due to large amount of grocery added to an empty refrigerator . We are considering adding a beverage chiller to the house

Kristen , Thank you for your great review . I am glad you and your group loved the house and enjoyed it . The house is designed for larger groups with a mix of 15-16 adults and 10-12 kids . You had 20 adults in your group with no children which is a rather rare since these houses are designed for families with children. I agree 20 adults probably is the max .

Kyle and his group literally destroyed my property causing approx. $3000 worth of damage to my beautiful house. That included extensive damage to Luxury vinyl plank across many bed rooms, complete destruction of the bunk bed (trundle) to make it structurally unstable ( had to be replaced), so much stains and vomit to sectional sofa that it had to be professionally cleaned, extensive damaged to refrigerator and ice maker, extensive damage to the porch which had to be pressure washed and repainted all over again, damage to some bed room furniture to list a few. The damages were reported by third party cleaning service and pictures have been communicated to VRBO as well. When I provided photographic evidence of damage to Kyle day of check out, the guest tried to extort me and threatened to write a bad review if I ask for compensation for my damages. I simply can not let a guest be this disrespectful to me, destroy my property and threaten to write bad review if I ask for damages. I have been a host for 10 years now with multiple properties. I take pride in taking care of my guests and is always available to them. In fact I reached out to the guest second day of his stay and he indicated via text how wonderful the property is. I have rarely some one who damaged anything in my property and Kyle and his group did the most damage ever and tried to extort me as well. Please read my other 50+ 5 Star Reviews. I strongly believe my guests deserve best customer service I can provide but ones who destroyed others property should be held accountable as well.
