La Villa Madeira Resort Ă  Madeira Beach est l'endroit idĂ©al pour vos vacances en famille. Ce bĂątiment sĂ©curisĂ© et bien entretenu est situĂ© au cƓur de Madeira Beach, Ă  distance de marche du John's Pass et directement sur le sable. La piscine du complexe est chauffĂ©e toute l'annĂ©e et offre beaucoup d'espace et de siĂšges pour se dĂ©tendre ou profiter du soleil de Floride.

Ce condo situé au dernier étage vous offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la plage et le golfe depuis la chambre principale et le salon. Le balcon privé avec moustiquaire offre un espace confortable et frais pour se détendre ou dßner.

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec salle de bain attenante. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une douche surdimensionnée sur mesure, d'un lavabo privé et de toilettes. La deuxiÚme chambre est meublée avec un lit Queen et la troisiÚme chambre a deux lits superposés. Le bain d'invité hors de la zone principale comprend un ensemble douche / baignoire.

Le salon est Ă©quipĂ© de nombreux siĂšges, d’un nouvel Ă©cran plat de 42 pouces et d’un thĂšme de bar Tiki unique dans la cuisine. Beaucoup de livres, jeux et DVD pour vos divertissements hors plage, et un accĂšs facile au balcon extĂ©rieur.

La cuisine a été récemment rénovée et est équipée d'une sélection complÚte d'ustensiles de cuisine et de vaisselle.

Comprend tous les draps, serviettes de bain et de plage, et une bonne sélection de chaises de plage et de jouets! Laveuse et sécheuse, WiFi haut débit gratuit et télévision par cùble.

Small slice of heaven

We had the best time escaping the cold weather from home for the week. (It snowed back home while we were here!). You can’t beat the view from the balcony. We spent most of time at the beach, which was clean, quiet and uncrowded. We were able to walk to most places and the weather was absolutely perfect the entire trip! The condo was clean, quiet, and while the pool/area outside the building was under construction, it was never a bother, or inconvenience. The construction workers were super friendly! We saw so many dolphins, and the nightly walks on the beach made for excellent shell hunting, and sea snail/hermit crab hunting. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Great property and location

We had a great time on our Mother, Daughter, Grand daughter trip. This is a perfect location right on the beach, very short walk to Caddys restaurant and close to shopping and other restaurants. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Bestest place !

This is a wonderful condo! Beautiful views and top floor so no outside noise Very convenient to restaurants and ice cream store across the street! The pool was very nice and also heated! Wonderful place so we will be back next year!!!!

Great Getaway

We loved staying right on the beach. Condo was mostly clean and more spacious than I thought it would be. It fit our family of 6 very well. The deck size was great as well! Would definitely consider staying here again!

Absolutely amazing!!

This place is perfect! Best views I’ve experienced of the Gulf of Mexico. Huge walk-in shower attached to the master bedroom. Access to the balcony can be made from the living room or master bedroom. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Best part of this place was the location, there was a local candy store and ice cream shop across the street. There is also a local coffee shop right on the corner. Would definitely come back! Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful!!

We loved everything about our stay. Loved the balcony, lots of chairs and a couple tables. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys! Only thing we would have liked is one more elevator key. Other than that, it was perfect!

Property was nice until hurricane came, was kept up to date thru property management, has 2 big chairs on deck with table and chairs screened in porch with fan, close to John’s Pass Listened to music at Ricky Ts Ate at Dave’s place , Caddy’s , and a couple other places ice cream across the street Sure didn’t want to leave

Perfect Location

Love this property. People will complain about the lack of keys but we had two sets and with a little planning, we made it work just fine. The unit was clean and comfortable. There were a couple minor things in need of repair but it didn't change our mind about our stay. We will definitely be coming back

Views from the Top.

A very nice older condo, which has beautiful views overlooking the Gulf from the top floor . Clean, property management team was excellent. Limited amenities for the beach and the condo association will not allow you to bring their chairs onto the beach. Will rent again.

Family Spring Break

I chose this location last May after having spent many spring breaks in the pan handle and desiring a better chance of warmer weather (traveling from Indiana). Alternative plans were 100% on me following the hurricane as I was completely aware of the devastation in the area. That said, I would have appreciated a full disclosure email about the condition of the building prior to paying in full a month or two earlier, such as the pool and patio area still being completely covered in sand. It may or may not have swayed my decision, but I think that courtesy would have been nice. Our specific condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for the week. I shared a few things with the property management which would need fixed soon, such as an inoperable toaster and dresser drawers missing bottoms, and they were very responsive. The view was amazing, and the building small enough that we had absolutely no issue with noise from other units or buildings. The unit itself could have used a good deep cleaning. But quite frankly, not a single person in my family cared in the least. We simply enjoyed our time away from home, on the beach and in the sun. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Our week at the beach

Our trip started out poorly because of Hurricane Debby. When we reached out about the weather, we could not get anyone to actually "talk" to us which was very frustrating. Also frustrating was that the elevator was broken the whole week and we were on the 6th floor. The Master suite was great and the view was spectacular. The other rooms were just okay. The storm door was broken beyond use, but this had been mentioned in previous reviews.

Top floor condo

The condo is in a very nice part of Madeira beech- a short walk down to John’s pass. The three bedroom unit was very accommodating for our family. We did experience a few problems but nothing to ruin our stay. I would suggest the owners stay in their condo for a couple weeks to experience the same details that needed address before the next rental . Besides that the condo is very nice.

Old condo

Condo is nice but old. The elevator broke down most of 2 days!! Being with parents that were 80 and on the 6th floor, we were basically stuck!! Thank God the view was nice. Heated pool was broke as well. We were disappointed to say the least.

My visit

The property was nice the area was nice. The key to get into the beach area and elevator was a pain in the butt. I understand keeping it safe but I think there needs to be some more thought into it like the doors with a code. Also we were woke up every morning with the roofers doing the work. We we’re on the top floor so that didn’t help. But the roof needs repaired so we dealt with it. All in all we all loved our stay and would go again.

Villa Madeira # 607

Excellent location, nice view. Beds in all the rooms were rickety, and the mattress in the master was very uncomfortable. We tried spinning the mattress not to sleep on the worn spots. They were more like divots in the bed. There were spots of mold in the ceiling in the master bathroom. The furnishings were comfortable and we loved the Tiki set up at the kitchen bar. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas, plenty of towels and an adorable starter kit of tropical shampoo and conditioner. Very secure and safe building with very friendly owners and guests.

Keys needed to access elevator. No way to get onto and off the beach w/o a key. Same w/ pool. Our unit provided two keys. Made the trip miserable. Will never go back. Also had to buy a shower curtain rod, liner and hooks b/c of a very poorly designed open walk in shower. No matter what you tried water would end up on toilet and floor.

Villa Madeira stay

Condo was clean and location was perfect! The condo needs to be updated, beds were very uncomfortable, flat pillows. Furniture looked like it came from goodwill. The main bathroom had soft spot in middle of tub that made you feel like you were going to fall through. The keys system to get in and out of condo, pool, etc needs to be updated to keyless entry. Carrying a key around all the time is a pain. One elevator for whole building was slow and you had to wait awhile bc so many people have to use it. Again, location was perfect but condo could use updating for price point. The management team we used was on top of it with check in process, pymts etc.
