This house was a DREAM! I booked it for my 50th Birthday Bash with friends and family staying the whole week. Could not have stayed at a more perfect house. We will definitely be going back in the future!

Great house and exceptional property management! Our reservation was double booked because Vrbo never confirmed our booking with the property manager, through no fault of their own. They went out of their way to help, even calling the other group that had booked, and arranged for us to stay one night while we waited for another rental to become available.The house was perfect—clean and exactly as advertised. Although our stay was short, we really appreciated both the home and the effort they made to accommodate us. We would happily book here again!

Had a great family vacation at this beautiful home. Great views and plenty of room for a large group. Would definitely stay here again. Even had some quiet areas for a few of us that still had to work. Only issue was a tough spot for large boat being at end of canal and a little june grass. Otherwise wonderful spot very clean.

Awesome Home in Marathon

We enjoyed staying here. It has lots of privacy to enjoy the pool, hot tub and other outdoor amenities. It had plenty of space for everyone. The house was very clean and well stocked.

Everything was amazing during our stay. The house is exactly (or better) than described. Three independent living spaces are perfect for a family vacation. The host is incredibly responsive. Instructions for the house are on spot.

Wow! This house is amazing, it exceeded my expectations. It is perfect for a large group (we were 13) some of whom need some time away, hence 2 apartments. The amenities were great, well equipped and appointed. The host was always prompt to reply and address any request. You cannot go wrong with this choice.

Latitude 24 was an exceptional property with all the amenities you could ask for. The property host was responsive to all our requests and things were taken care of immediately. The only slight downside is the canal is a little narrow. We had a 34' boat and it was a little bit of a challenge, but certainly workable if you have appropriate boating skills. That said, I would not let that keep you from booking this property. It is everything you could want for a big family vacation. Great job to the host team!!!!

The host was amazing. He answered our questions promptly and politely. And when we had a question about the pool because we didn't know we had to request it to be heated they went above and beyond to heat it quickly for us. The home is beautiful and allowed our adult children and ourselves privacy when needed but also ample space for family time as well.

Great stay in Marathon

Very impressed with this property. Accommodated our large family very well with room to spare. Pros: Very clean, well stocked kitchen, pool toys for the kids, paddle boards, pong pong table, beautiful sunsets, lots of bathrooms, comfortable beds. Only con: the canal leading to the dock is very narrow and rocky. It was do-able, but a very tight space for our 32’ and 28’ boats.

Amazing Home

The home was exactly as pictured. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The dock and canal leading right to the bay was so convenient. The outside of the house is just as great as the inside! We had an amazing vacation and would 100% book again. Mike, the property manager, was great too...very responsive at time of booking, check-in and during our stay.

Breath Taking

The property is immaculate and brand new. Tons of space for a large gathering, plenty of privacy, great pool/hottub, and hang out space. We played a lot of ping pong, went paddle boarding everyday, swam everyday, and played shuffleboard. Clean, new, and the property is unbelievable. Highly recommend!

Wonderfuly stay

We had an amazing week at the property. There are many options of things to do / games both inside and outside. The house is very well stocked with supplies, esp. in the kitchen, bath and pool towels etc. Decorating is beautiful in every area/room, the separate areas are great for multiple families to be together yet have private space and time away. Would highly recommend, Mike is a great communicator and easy to work work. Thank you again!

Awesome vacation stay!

Hello Mike. Our extended family had a great stay at your BEAUTIFUL house! You and your team have done a fabulous job on your house: it is beautifully decorated, very well appointed, and everything in the house well thought out. We have stayed at many high-end resorts and none have matched the quality and amenities. The beautiful pool and backyard area is unmatched and we spent many days and evenings enjoying it. We had much fun swimming, playing ping pong, bean-bag toss, paddle boarding, and just enjoying our time together on the premise. We have made many precious memories on our stay at your beautiful property. Finally, you are a wonderful property host and we only wish we could’ve met you personally. Thank you very much for everything!
