Please note that from April 13 through May 22, the building will be undergoing structural maintenance and earthquake retrofitting to the foundation in the crawl space beneath the home. Construction activity may take place Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM. No work will occur on weekends. During this time, guests may experience construction noise or worker presence around the property during permitted hours. To account for this inconvenience, nightly rates have been discounted during this period. Additionally, garage access will not be available for Units 1 and 2 during the construction period. We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are made to enhance the long-term safety and structural integrity of the building.

From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 20 minute walk, you will never need to travel far.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks at the balboa Pier. . For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is a new arcade and other amusement rides. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. Construction Notice: There is active construction next door from November 2025 through September 2026. The City of Newport Beach permits work between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on weekdays only, with no weekend or holiday construction. Additionally, from April 13 through May 22, structural maintenance and earthquake retrofitting will take place beneath the home.
