A single family house in a residential street of West King, less 5 mins drive to historic downtown, just a straight drive. Very close to shopping plazas, cafes, beaches, historic downtown and main attraction. Stay home to relax, fully furnished and cook your meal for the family. YMCA facility at Solomon Calhoun just a min away, has a large swimming pool you can use for a small fee. Subject to scheduling and availability. A large yard with a fireplace in backyard, partially fenced. Boater welcome, a large yard enough to fit your boat, please inquiry first.

nice place

Area had a lot of construction going on -- some noise in the morning. Looks like the area is being revitalized. It would not be considered the best part of town, but we had no problem. House was claen and well stocked -- overall a good stay -- we would use again

Great location

Great location to get to pretty much anywhere in St Augustine. House was fully stocked with whatever we needed and everything was really clean. Would highly recommend staying at this property

Peaceful escape

As long as you don't mind the occasional train passing by this is a nice quiet location. It's just far enough away from everything to get a good nights sleep but close enough to not have to waste gas to access the city and beaches. Will book again here for sure!

Our Vacation stay.

We enjoyed or stay. Everything was clean and there beds were very comfortable. Which was good since we were there a week. It was quiet, and close to everything.

Convenient location, nice property, great host

Gabriel is a great host, very accommodating. The house had all that was promised. Location is very convenient. I would certainly stay again. Thank you Gabriel!

UNSAFE

When I arrived at this house, I went in and heard loud music and went to the back/side door and opened it and there were three adult males hanging out in the yard drinking alcohol, laughing, and there was loud music coming from various sides of the property. Clearly, at this time, I felt very unsafe and left immediately. I called the host, Gabriel. Had a hard time having her call me back and then we texted back and forth. I explained what was happening and she told me that there was no one in the yard, even though I was looking at them. In a later text, she told me they were probably the neighbors and she could maybe make them leave. I had already secured a hotel as I had to be at a rehearsal that afternoon. She treated me as though I was not telling the truth. Told me it was safe and I should just stay. I was involved in a wedding that evening and the next evening and had to go at 5pm that day and find a hotel nearby with vacancy to stay in which costs over 500 for the two nights at such a last minute booking. I talked with her after the weekend and she agreed to refund the cleaning fee of 99.00, but wouldn't even consider the other 414.00 I spent on her VRBO that was unsafe. VRBO then informed me that I would have had to advise them within 24 hours of the problem to help me with the refund, but I tried to work with the host first, which I see now was the wrong thing to do. NEVER rent without seeing where you will be staying.
