This condo is on the 20th floor. Unwind in Myrtle Beach at this lovely condo. Our condo features an Ocean Front Master Bedroom with a King bed and sliding glass door so you can see the sunrise and the ocean right from the comfort of your bed.
Our 3 bedroom condo comes fully furnished with an oceanfront master bedroom with a king bed, a king bed in second bedroom and two double beds in the third bedroom, with three private full bathrooms, one for each bedroom, luxury bed linens and towels, a modern kitchen with elegant dark granite countertop and GE stainless steel appliances. It easily accommodates your whole families. Two oceanfront balconies, with one off the living area and one off the master bedroom. Travel with kids usually means lots of luggage and stuff? With multiple closet in each bedroom, that will not be a problem at all.

Myrtle Beach was voted 'Best Family Beach' by The Travel Channel. Great Central Location! You'll be close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer including, 120 golf courses, over 1900 restaurants, live entertainment, fun shopping, water parks, and thrilling attractions. When you're ready to venture out, our condo is conveniently located blocks away from family kingdom amusement park, along with pier 2. Local restaurants, golf courses and outlet shopping malls are a short drive away.

Renovations for the outdoor pool, lazy river, indoor pool, and balcony construction were fully completed as of June 20th.

The splash pool is scheduled for plastering on June 30th, with an expected opening by July 3rd.The new hot tub is still undergoing improvements, including deck drain and paver work currently in progress. Opening is expected soon.

Absolutely stunning view!

The condo is just like the pictures. Very clean and nice. Janet, the property manager, is very helpful and so pleasant to deal with. She made it easy for us and if we needed anything she was very prompt with helping us. I will definitely be working with her again. The condo has everything you need, very comfortable beds, and you can’t beat the view from the balcony!

Beautiful ocean view!

We had a fantastic stay with our family for a long weekend! The condo is roomy and well appointed. With 3 teenagers, it was great for everyone to have their own bed and plenty of bathrooms as well. We came for a baseball tournament at Ripken and the location was perfect. We still had an ocean view, but not too far from the tournament, restaurants and shopping as well. Clean unit and the host is very responsive. Our family of 5 had plenty of room.

Unit should'nt have been available for rent

We arrived at the unit and immediately found out that they were resurfacing balconies around our unit, The noise was so loud we couldn't hear each other. The balcony doors had sticks in the balcony doors form the outside so we couldnt use the balcony. Contacted the host and she offered us a 20% discount and said they would be resurfacing the balcony next to us the next day. We had the inconvenience of waiting for a reply about a refund. We were told that if we hadn't touched anything we would recieve a full refund. I have recieved the refund minus the service fee so far and are told we should get that also. The HOST JANET should have been aware of the resurfacing and should have been already looking for suitable accommodations for our party but no help as she said no other comparable units were available. I had to hurry and find our party other available units that suited us and we found Ocean Creek Resort an extremely nice place. Pricing was similar to this property. This has put a bad taste in my mouth for VRBO after using them for several years and may use other rental companies from now on.

One and done

Checking in was simple and the ocean view was great but we were not made aware that construction would be going on. There were workers showing up via scaffolding on to the 20th floor balcony to paint at different hours. First thing in the morning while people were still sleeping, in the afternoon also. Extremely awkward with no warning. We were woken up to grinding/sanding, some sort of loud noises. Again, no warning this would be going on. We were under the assumption the outdoor pool would be open when we arrived as the listing said until late March. It’s completely under construction and not even close to being completed which means you also have to walk all through the parking garage and around the whole building to get to the beach. The elevators in the building broke down multiple times, including stopping abruptly while on it. Furniture could use updating, my husband was poked by a screw when he sat on one of the stools because it is just sticking up out of the seat of the chair. Ottoman and couch are severely stained. I contacted host upon checkin because the freezer was full of ice flying out at you when you opened the door. She was quick to respond. Messaged her again about our concerns with the construction and days later there was no response. After checking out she said she would check with the owner about a partial refund and haven’t heard from her since. Overall, it was a one time stay for us there.

Would definately come back

A family trip consisting of me, my husband, my daughter and my parents. The home was just as the pictures look. The bedrooms were very spacious and each room having its own bathroom was perfect. No complaints about this condo at all. Janet was very responsive and timely anytime I had a question. This condo is in a great location on the oceanfront. I would definatley stay here again.

Looks newer in the online photos, but overall was nice. Certainly no complaints. Ocean view is great. Door lock could use updating & thicker towels would be nice.
