Stunning 3 bedroom ski house near The Canyons Base of Park City!
This lovely 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home is located only one half mile from the Park City Resortâs Canyons base. Located in the family friendly Snyders Mill neighborhood, the home boasts an open floor plan with high ceilings, a great room with a recently updated kitchen with new counter tops and appliances and beautiful hardwood flooring and natural gas fireplace perfect for quiet evenings home after a long day of skiing and snowboarding. The main level holds a den/TV room that could be converted into a fourth bedroom or to use as a home office. Upstairs is a spacious master bedroom suite with a king size bed with a large master bathroom and walk-in closet. There are also two other large bedrooms (one queen bed and 2 twin beds) on this level connected by a jack-and-jill bathroom. The home has a spacious 2-car garage with a level 2 EV charger, perfect for all your mountain toys. There is also off street parking. You'll enjoy the wrap-around deck with views of the Canyons Resort Orange Bubble Chair. The deck holds a propane grill and a Big Green Egg smoker protected from the weather. Willow Creek and Matt Knoop Parks are very close and provide access for pickleball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, no cost cross country skiing on groomed ski trails and one of Park City's best dog parks. The Parley's Park Elementary and Soaring Wings Montessori schools are also walking distance, as well as a close five minute walk to a 7/11 market. The owner has walked to the Canyons base of Park City Mountain Resort in his snowboard boots, or if you'd rather, the home is a 5 minute walk from a bus stop for Park City's excellent and free bus system. Parking is free at the Canyons base lot. This is our family home that we are renting for the ski season. Minimum of 30 day rental required but a longer term rental is welcome and may result in a discounted rate. Skis, snowboards, and bikes may be used with ownerâs permission. Please note that if your goal is to ski at Park City on a powder day, the traffic coming into town from Kimball Junction can be horrendous. Getting a house like ours close to the base area is a very good idea.
The property was as described and very well stocked. The owners were a pleasure to work with and were very responsive with questions. The location is close to parks, trails and shopping. The neighborhood is very safe and inviting with lots of friendly neighbors. Highly recommend!!!
It is one of the few neighborhoods in the area with sidewalks. We walk to the 7/11, to the Park City Nursery cafe for coffee and food. We walk the dog to Willow Creek Park and even skate ski there. Our neighborhood is convenient both to Old Town, the Canyons base, and to Old Town. And our neighbors are the best.
It is very close to skiing and hiking. It is quiet. Lodgings in old town are forced to contend with loud late night partiers. If that is your scene then this home is not for you.
