We love staying here! It’s so accommodating. This is our 5th time staying here & will definitely be back. Always stocked with all the beach needs for the kids. We also like it is convenient to walk to a few restaurants.

Condo over all was awesome. Some of the bed linens had small stains but we always wash everything any way. At least we knew everything was clean. Kitchen was very wellstocked. Let them know that the pans need to be replaced bc all were flaking. I am sure most people don’t cook but we do. It was a beautiful condo and all the beds as far as comfort were excellent. My youngest son told me he needs a new bed after sleeping in the 3rd bedroom. He said the mattress was so comfortable! That is a big deal! Also there were many things for the beach in the condo! Very nice and convenient!! Would stay there again. Island tower is one of our favorites!! Check in and check out super easy.

Fire alarm went off 3 nights in a row between 3am-4am. Had to evacuate from 15th floor. One guest is handicapped and had trouble doing the 15 flights. Not a pleasant week.

Unfortunately the sauna was not working at this complex and hadn’t been working for a while. Few complexes have saunas and 4 out of the 6 of us were really looking forward to using the sauna. While the rental company “contacted” the HOA a couple times during our stay, it was never fixed. Everyting else was good, but would encourage others to contact the property or HOA prior to renting to confirm the listing and amenities advertised are actually available.

Wonderful condo in a great location. Very comfortable condo with an incredibly well stocked kitchen with everything you’d need. Easy beach access and the beach is beautiful. The only criticism is the pool was not open but we didn’t really want to use it.

We had a great time as a family the only problem was not having an extra parking pass. With 3 bedrooms we had 3 couples with 3 cars. There were so many empty parking places being out of season but were not able to purchase an extra pass. I did not give an excellent for cleanliness because the floors could use a good scrubbing. Other than that everything was great. Kitchen was fully stocked with all things needed. The one free chairs and umbrella setup was really special and appreciated. We look forward to coming again!

This unit was awesome. 3 BR/ 3BA. Everyone in our party had their own space. Well appointed, very clean, fantastic oceanfront views and loved having coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins. Perfect location, just right! We were celebrating our Dad’s 80th and he really enjoyed it!!

Island Tower

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf, as well as the bay. All beds and furniture very comfortable. Located in a great area. Appreciated the chairs and umbrella on the beach as well as extra chairs and coolers in the condo.

It is a beautiful unit! The views are amazing and the location was great. I would rent this unit again. There were a couple of nits with the beach chairs, but that was worked out pretty quickly after being accused by the beach chair vendor that I was not allowed to be there and he was doing me a favor giving me the chair for the day. The beach chair vendor had no customer service. I had called the property management company and spoke with someone who said, "I was wrong" and the listing didn't include beach chairs and it didn't say that on the VRBO listing. I did receive a call back from the same person saying I was right, beach chairs were included in the agreement, but then the service from the property management company didn't go any further. I asked the beach chair vendor if he had heard from anyone and nothing. It was until later on in the day that I was helped, however it was a painful conversation. In any event, it was worked out, but completely unprofessional from both sides.

Overall, the condo itself was very nice and had several things we really enjoyed. It was clean, well set up, and the balcony overlooking the Gulf and beach was wonderful. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the view. The location was also very convenient, with restaurants and shopping nearby. It was also a very nice touch that the host had beach chairs rented for us for the duration of our stay, which made our time on the beach even more enjoyable.There were a few things that could be improved. The condo has three bathrooms, but we were only provided with three small rolls of toilet paper for the entire week. There were only two of us staying, but if the condo had been occupied at its maximum capacity, that would run out very quickly. When I asked the host if there were extras in a cupboard somewhere, I was told that was all that was provided and we would need to purchase more ourselves. It was disappointing to have to shop for basic necessities like toilet paper while on vacation.The kitchen had plenty of pans and spices, which was great, but there was no cooking spray or cooking oil available to help keep food from sticking.The outdoor pool was fine, but access to the indoor pool required walking through what looked like a concrete garage area, which felt a bit uninviting.Overall, the condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with a beautiful balcony view.

We were so impressed with how spacious, comfortable and clean the condo was and how wonderful the view was! The check-in process was easy, and when we had a question, all we had to do was text and we received a prompt, courteous response every time. We are planning on coming back next year!
