We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect—centrally located with plenty of options for shopping, dining, and the beach all nearby. It was convenient to have so many things within easy reach. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

First class all the way! Totally renovated compared to many of the other units we have stayed in at this complex. Being able to close off the only bedroom with a door and having ac in the bedroom all major pluses! Great sunsets away from the pool was very nice. It’s the third floor, but you’re in Maui so it helps burn off those Mai Tai’s! Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of experiencing both of Joe’s units, and we were impressed with both! Everything was super clean, beautifully newly remodeled, and thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable stay.Joe provided everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen where we could make breakfast and convenient laundry facilities. He was also incredibly helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations that made our stay even better.Joe was a wonderful host, and we would absolutely stay at either of his properties again. Highly recommend!

The perfect place to stay for our first trip to Hawaii! The condo was beautifully remodeled and exceptionally clean. The views of the ocean and breathtaking sunsets from the balcony were unforgettable, and the central location made it easy to explore so many amazing beaches and restaurants.Our host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from check-in to check-out, providing wonderful amenities and thoughtful touches that made our stay feel extra special. Our first visit to Maui was incredible & we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The unit is beautifully finished & comfortable, with all conveniences thoughtfully provided. The complex is clean, quiet and steps to the beach. The private parking lot was super convenient and the location was great for Maui sightseeing & restaurants. 100% recommended!

Extremely comfortable and very modern space to enjoy Kihei and served as a great home-base while exploring other parts of the island. Private beach access and ocean view from the Lanai were priceless. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The view from the lanai is spectacular. The palm trees along the beach were beautiful and the blue water was inviting. Walks along the beach were relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay.

The condo was very clean, and very well stocked. The location is absolutely gorgeous! The host was very friendly, and helpful. There are many good restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place.

This property was the highlight of our yearly trip to the island! Such a gem and every detail was covered to a T. When we arrived everything was exactly as we expected from photos, which is not always the case. The communication and details from the host was top notch and thorough. We just wish we would have made this a longer part of our stay on the island!

The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. It was clean, comfortable, nicely updated, and had all the supplies we needed. Looked just like in the photos! It was in a great location near our favorite restaurants and shopping. Also not a large building so no large crowds at the beach. We went to Maui in January to see the whales and was not disappointed. We saw whales and sunsets daily from the lanai.
