We had a wonderful stay. This was such a cute property and worked perfectly for our friends and family. Allen with Management was Top Tier with communication. Highly recommend staying with them! We will definitely be staying again!
We had a fantastic stay it is in a secluded area and we really enjoyed that! We did have an issue and reported it to property management who will fix before next guest!
This house was surprisingly nice sized and roomy. It was very cutely decorated and clean. The screened porch was our favorite spot at night-time to play games and hear the soothing sounds of the creek and nearby waterfall. We didn't use the fire pit area because there was extreme heat while there but it was a very nice area. Enjoyed the hot tub briefly at night when it was a little cooler and the water was crystal clear and clean. Would definitely come back.
Great little cabin for our stay! The neighbors are VERY close as other reviews state, but we had no issues. Only ever saw 1 neighbor actually and she was so kind. My kids loved playing in the creek, and having camp fires. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with too :) the two bedrooms are pretty small but it wasnât a problem for my kids.
A great cabin for peace and quiet. We loved being on the creek. Our son loves to explore. A little further out than expected, but we enjoyed it anyway! Fantastic diner just up the road with wonderful meals.
We absolutely loved this place, we will definitely stay again. We hung out on the screened in back porch A LOT just listening to creek. Can't wait to return!
The location isnt as secluded as implied and its a traier, not a cabin. There are several trailers and cabins surrounding this one.The issue we had was the lack of home maintenance and upkeep. Broken shelf in the fridge, all the airvents on the floor are held on by a prayer or 1 screw. Missing trim in the masters. The door handle flew off when i tried to open the door from the bedroom. There has been some obvious water damage and the floor boards have all seperated. The slides that hold the trash can , dont function properly. So everytime you pull it out, its a fight. Strong smell of mildew throughout. The kitchen was stocked, but the knives are so dull, they are dangerous. Ironically the hosts left a note about the tea towels. " Don't stain or damage the towels or you'll be charged for everything that's ruined" lol There is a closet in one room to put clothes, but it has a funk to it, same as under the bathroom sink. There is no place to put your clothes or hang a bath towel. Upside: the air conditioning worked well, the sounds from the creek were lovely and there were a ton of fireflies about.
We stayed for a long weekend with our dog and 10 year old. It is a nice and cozy cabin, clean. The area was peaceful, next to a beautiful creek with outdoor seating that was so inviting. Pretty close to neighbors across the creek, but we did not have any issues. Great stay!
The cabin was conveniently located to Hartford and Sevierville. We stayed because we were attending a funeral.
Everything you would need in a kitchen was there. Just need an ice maker.
Agree with Previous Reviews plus Some More Negatives
The plus sideâŠWe wanted a nice place for a girls trip to take my mom to the mountains and by the water. The creek is nice. The screened in back porch is amazing to sit in and listen to the water or watch tv. The fire pit was great. Thatâs the plus. For the negatives, first off when you walk in, the place is majorly small compared to the photos. I donât know how they took the photos for the listing but itâs tiny. The master bedroom is a good size. The second and third are barely able to turn around in. We were all adults and the showers barely big enough to stand in but not move much to shower. My daughter wanted a hot bath in the jetted tub. Itâs on well water so it takes forever to fill the tub slightly. our toddler stepped across the living room air vent and it slid out from under him and he fell one leg into the vent hole. The vent wasnât attached to the floor. He was bleeding from scratches. The fake flowers all are very dusty. Bad for allergies. I had to ask for towels several times. Six people for four days and no way to wash or dry some we had to go without. Finally got some on last day. I have no clue what was coming out of the tub jets must be mold. The showers are very small. You canât bend to wash your legs small. Itâs great place but the handles twirl on the kitchen drawers if you donât watch it. The overall place would be great if it was updated and repairs. Two doors were missing knobs. Completely missing to holes in the door. Itâs way out in the woods is great
First of all, the positives. Allen was very prompt and thourall with all his communications. This place is stocked very well. The back yard is very serene with the sound of the water flowing from the creek. The hot tub and firepit was very peaceful. We appreciated the open floor plan of the kitchen and living room. We did not have any issues with bugs or rodents. On the flip side, this is an older property that has had a few cosmetic upgrades. The kitchen drawers almost fall out when you open them and the shelves in the fridge are falling apart. When we arrived, the white cabinets had spagetti sauce all over them, the mirror on the bathroom door was filthy and the vacuum was filled with crap, The master bathroom is big and spacious but the shower is tiny. An average size adult barely fits. The king size bed is extremely firm. I slept on an air mattress in the living room! The queen bed is softer but worn out and there is barely any room for your suitcases. The final bedroom with bunks have very thin mattresses and the room is tiny. The main bathroom has a slightly larger shower but the entire bathroom is extremely small.Overall, if your looking for a house on a budget with a few minor quirks this house would be ok for you.I would recomm it for smaller children instead of adults. It's about a 35 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg. There is a Dollar store right around the corner, a great pizza place, distillery, and a few small taco trucks we enjoyed. Close hiking in a few parks.
The property was nice and we enjoyed it, except for the neighbors. They are much closer than we expected and they want you to be extremely quiet after dark. They yelled at us for being loudâŠ3 of us were by the fire pit on phones not talking, the other 2 were having a conversation in the hot tub. I could have understood if we had loud music or little kids screaming, but I think talking should be acceptable.
Les points faibles : Communication, emplacement, exactitude de lâannonce
No water and no heat and I guess no refund
Long story short. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and ended up only staying one night. We had no heat and no water. Our host was informed of this and he assured us we would be refunded for 2 nights and now he will not respond to us at all. We have tried to contact him via email, calls and text. We have messages stating that we would receive a refund. It would be nice if people would just keep their word. We did!!
Great stay for a fall break trip. Property was a quick 20 minute drive to Gatlinburg, 30 minute to Pigeon Forge. Clean property and great communication from owner. Will be staying again in the future.
