Cette luxueuse villa de 3 chambres a un emplacement parfait, à seulement quelques minutes de Disney et elle est située dans une très belle propriété de villégiature avec plus de commodités et d'activités que vous pouvez demander. La villa est spacieuse et peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. C'est très propre et bien entretenu.

La villa dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cuisinière / four, lave-vaisselle et d'équipements comme un grille-pain, une cafetière et un mixeur. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size confortable et d'une salle de bains privative (reliée à la chambre principale) avec un grand bain à remous. La deuxième chambre dispose de deux lits doubles et la troisième chambre a un canapé-lit gigogne. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. Depuis le salon, il y a un patio extérieur avec une table et des chaises. Avec un total de 5 lits, cette grande villa peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Il y a 15 $. 00 frais de séjour journaliers (plus taxes) qui seront collectés lors de l'enregistrement.

Very Comfortable and Spacious

We stayed for a week to visit the parks with our grandkids and the rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and spaced well apart so that the two families and all the children were separated just enough for privacy and peace. A wonderful stay was had by all.

Stay away

The pictures and description must be very old. The resort needs a serious makeover. It looks dated, dirty and not what we expected from the review. There is always trash laying around. It took me complaining and two days to pick up old towels and sheets outside our room. The bar area is kinda dumpy with some of the worst drinks I’ve ever had. Ended up throwing away at the room. It’s never good when you go down to the registration to discuss after being told Jose the building manager is not there today and magically he is there getting yelled at by another unhappy customer. The dishwasher was broken, the dryer barely worked. There is never parking by your building so plan on walking. There are always maintenance carts parked in the few available spots. We decided to not use the pool as it was kinda dumpy. There is a pot shop at the entrance to the resort and other dumpy stores. I’d suggest going somewhere else.

Must have been a nice property 20 years ago

Unfortunately our experience was not good. This property's glory days are in the past. Appliances are old, several sliding doors were stuck. No smart TVs and Wi-fi was terrible, so streaming was not really an option. No place to park your vehicle anywhere near our apartment if arriving after 9pm. Pool is nice, but super crowded. We spent 6 days at the property, but had no one coming to clean it during our stay (they blamed it on COVID, even though we were charged the same price as pre-COVID) and when we asked for additional towels we were told there was a $7 fee. Communication with the host was fine, but we don't plan on coming back.

Book directly from Resort

Place was great for families. It was hundreds cheaper if we had book directly from the Star Island Resort and NOT from Here.

The resort was beautiful my family and I enjoyed our stay. It was kind of confusing to find some of the amenities that was offered but we enjoyed what we could find. I would not partake in the gift shop/ restaurant that they have on the resort the Star Island Market the food is very much over priced. The fries after being cooked once they cooled down was hard and looked old. The nachos chips were stale, they already have them prepared in the styrofoam plate which is bad idea because the chips will not stay fresh that way. Also they don’t put no type of salt or pepper so the steak nachos was bland. Also keep watch to make sure that price on your receipt and the price that is pending match because the young last charged a tip but I caught it and before I left it was corrected. I would advise to use cash. But the pizza was okay could be better and on the plus there wings are good a little big but that was the only thing that was worth paying for. Other than that the stay was awesome. The front desk employees on Monday checking in was awesome also the employees when leaving. We will definitely be staying here again just won’t eat there.

Spacious but dated

I’ve used VRBO for many vacations and love the ability to find just what I need. This stay was ok. Pros: spacious and fairly clean upon arrival. The owner is responsive to emails and inquiries. Cons: the check-in process was a bit of a cluster my email from the owner stated I’d need to pay an additional 12.50 (plus tax) as a resort fee. The resort then tried to tell me my room wasn’t paid in full and I owed more than $75. Then when I showed them my payment confirmations; they told me I overpaid for the unit and should have contacted them. The room is dated. Window screens broken and in disrepair. No USB ports for charging, no DVD player or Netflix on the TVs. The hot water worked in 1 out of 3 bathrooms. The a/c unit is locked at 70 degrees without ability to change. The noise level is not peaceful. I had read earlier reviews and ensured our unit was not overlooking the pool. But the parking lot had high noise levels of party-goers until well after midnight. Overall, a spacious unit for our quick weekend away but not one I’ll return too.

Lovely place! The condo was comfortable, clean and spacious. Check-in was easy, and the staff friendly. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool.

Awesome place to stay

The resort is beautiful. It was perfect one week after the hurricane hit Florida. I loved the pools and the pool bar. The indoor Jacuzzi was very relaxing and our view of the lake was very peaceful. The villa was really nice and the activities were a lot of fun for our kids. There were so many things to do. We will definitely remember this place the next time we come to Orlando.

Don't believe pictures or amenities list.

Property at hotel very misleading. Very rundown and lack offwater sports. Lake very overgrown, could not fish at all. No pool table as promised on pictures and brochures. I searched forever to make sure there was fishing, pool table and small boats for kids but nothing was available. Pool was small for resort and only 4 ft 6 in deep. Very disappointing for grandkids. Have to use Star bucks which is a rip off because if you buy something for 3.00, you get no change so you lose 2.00. Amenities list very misleading. Mini golf area so small can be played fully in about 15 minutes. Ping pong table suts outside in full sun. Too hot to play it. Could at least place in shady area. Will never go back.

Nice Resort

My family of ten spent the weekend here, celebrating my husbands birthday. The resort was beautiful, and there was plenty to do. Our unit was clean, well equipped, and spacious. We only wish the kitchen had been a little larger.
