This delightful five-bedroom home, beautifully enveloped by lush hydrangeas, is ideally located just moments from the vibrant heart of downtown Nantucket.
The house accommodates 10 guests comfortably and can host up to 14 if using the available bed trundles. (See bed description below.)
The home boasts modern conveniences, including central air conditioning, updated appliances, and off-street parking for two vehicles. In addition, ample street parking is available on the nearby streets for extra cars.
An inviting outdoor, complete with a spacious deck ideal for sunbathing or morning coffee, a designated al fresco dining area, and a cozy lower patio, provides a serene space for relaxation or gatherings with friends and family.
This property also offers convenient access to Nantucket's stunning beaches and scenic bike paths. Nantucket vacation bus stop is also just a short walk away- making it easy to explore all major routes and enjoy this beautiful island.

FIRST FLOOR:
As you enter the front door, you find yourself in a warm and inviting foyer with a well-appointed powder room, ensuring convenience for guests.
Continuing onward, you enter a spacious living room that exudes comfort and sophistication. This room is illuminated by large windows that allow natural light to cascade in, and multiple seating areas are adorned with plush sofas and stylish armchairs, which provide perfect spaces for conversation or relaxation. A flat-screen TV is mounted between the sofas, creating an ideal spot for movie nights with family and friends. Flowing seamlessly from the living room, you arrive at the dining room, which features a beautiful table that can accommodate intimate dinners and family gatherings.

The renovated kitchen is adjacent to the dining area, a bright and inviting space that combines style and functionality. It features modern appliances complementing the custom cabinetry. A cozy small dining table with comfortable seating for four invites casual meals and morning conversations.

Beyond the kitchen is a beautifully lit sunroom featuring a cozy sofa—an ideal spot for enjoying morning coffee or curling up with a book on a rainy day overlooking the gardens. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in this room, making them easily accessible after a day at the beach. The sunroom opens up to a sunny deck with an outdoor dining table and a gas grill. Beyond the deck, you’ll find a blue stone patio that includes another comfortable seating area with lounge chairs, a coffee table, and four elegant armchairs, all overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. A newly installed outdoor shower completes the outdoor setup.

This floor features three bedrooms.
To the right of the entry is the primary ensuite bedroom, which contains a KING-size bed and a bathroom with a shower.
A hallway off the dining room leads to two guest bedrooms: one with a QUEEN-size bed and the other with a TWIN-size bed that also has a TRUNDLE. These two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower.

SECOND FLOOR:
As you ascend the stairs, you arrive at a charming landing that features a delightful TWIN DAYBED with a TRUNDLE underneath, perfect for accommodating overflow guests or creating a snug reading nook bathed in natural light.
Adjacent to the landing are two comfortable guest bedrooms. One boasts a KING-size bed, exuding a soft and inviting atmosphere, while the other is designed to sleepfour with its arrangement of three TWIN beds and one TRUNDLE, ideal for families or friends. Both bedrooms share a thoughtfully appointed full bathroom, complete with a shower/tub, ensuring guests have everything they need for a pleasant stay.
