The Space:

Located in the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort, guests will not only enjoy beachfront living but also a plethora of onsite amenities right outside your front door including 11 pools (10 heated seasonally), a kid’s splash pad, 4 hot tubs, a fitness center, an executive par-3 golf course, tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts, and so much more! Your stay includes access to both the beachfront amenities and the lagoon-side amenities, including the lagoon pool and Oceans Restaurant, which are accessible via the designated walking path throughout the resort. It’s a dream vacation in the making, and it can all be yours when you stay at Edgewater Oasis! Better still, you’ll also find yourself within walking distance or a short drive away to a variety of options for grocery, shopping, and dining, allowing you the option to leave the car behind. You’ll want to set aside some time to explore PCB’s downtown area brimming with options for entertainment no matter the time of day. Work on your swing at one of the surrounding championship golf courses, or head down St. Andrew’s State Park for a scenic hike around the lush landscape and some good old-fashioned seashell hunting.



The home’s bright and cheerful interior keeps the sparkling waters front and center not just by way of the spectacular ocean views but also in the charming nautical themed décor. The spacious living room includes a plush sofa and loveseat along with a smart TV where downtime comes easy as you relax and stream all your favorite shows and movies. The modern kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware for all your meal prep and planning endeavors. Dine together at the kitchen counter courtesy of the 4 high-top bar stools.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests between 1 private bedroom, a queen and twin size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a spacious king size bed with fresh linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle.

• This home is equipped with a Ring security system monitoring the front door.

• The price of booking includes 4 resort wrist bands provided in the home upon arrival, and 1 parking pass. Please stop by the Owner Services Office upon arrival to pick up your parking pass(es). If you have any trouble locating the office, please ask onsite security for assistance.

• A 24-hour supply of household amenities is included with the stay to get your vacation started!

• Your stay includes access to both the beachfront and lagoon-side resort amenities, including the lagoon pool and Oceans Restaurant. These amenities are accessible via the designated walking path within the resort.



Beach Service: Two beach lounge chairs are included for guests during their stay (seasonal, available March 1 – October 31). Upon arrival, guests just need to let the attendant at the beach shack know they're from L202 and how long they're staying — chairs will be reserved for them.
