Located right in the heart of Panama City Beach, this 1-bedroom condo has stunning oceanfront views and a private 2nd story balcony just above the sand.



Beachfront days are in your future, filled with sights of the emerald blue water and sounds of the gulf waves hitting the incredibly soft white sand. This cozy spot is perfect for couples and small groups ready for a laid-back beachside getaway. The building features private beachfront as well as beach chair rentals, all you need to do is walk to the sand. One of the building’s most desirable units, Beachfront Days boasts a deluxe floorplan with nearly 900 sq. ft. of space for your group to enjoy. Days will leisurely unwind as you take turns lounging by the resort pool, hanging out on the beach, and relaxing in this coastal-inspired home with vibrant décor and modern fixtures.



The living room has ample seating for your entire group to get cozy for a movie on the 56-inch smart tv, while the ocean is still within sight. Games are provided as another indoor recreation option, while a collection of books gives you something to enjoy in the home or even down by the pool. Sliding glass doors open right onto the balcony, furnished for enjoying morning coffee or an evening drink in the fresh ocean breeze. Back inside, the fully updated kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, coffee maker, crockpot, blender, cookware, glassware, and casual barstool seating. A high-top table for 4 makes the perfect spot for meals at home and spending quality time together.



This home sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and tv. Wall to wall glass doors provide gorgeous ocean views and access right onto the home’s oceanfront balcony. The county pier is within sight, and it’s just a short walk down the beach when you’re ready to join the action.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This home has 2 full bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower.

- The showers have a rain showerhead and handheld attachment.

- A pack and play is provided in the bedroom closet.

- The price of booking includes 4 resort wrist bands provided in the home upon arrival, and 1 parking pass. Please stop by the Owner Services Office upon arrival to pick up your parking pass(es). If you have any trouble locating the office, please ask onsite security for assistance.

- An additional parking pass can be purchased for $20 by contacting Customer Care.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- Your stay includes access to both the beachfront and lagoon-side resort amenities, including the lagoon pool and Oceans Restaurant, accessible via the designated walking path throughout the resort.

- A 24-hour supply of household amenities is included with the stay to get your vacation started!
