Soak in the cedar wood burning hot tub/cold plunge. Unwind in your private Sauna. Relax by a firepit with a pizza oven (dough, cheese, sauce, pepperoni supplied). Find some peace along the natural spring in the mediation/breathwork area. Hike/Bike on the trails. Put your feet up for a lovely outdoor projector movie night. River Bend Retreat is a self-guided wellness retreat that allows 2 guests to destress, reconnect to nature, and truly experience deep rejuvenation of mind, body, and spirit.

I live on the property so if you need anything, want a grand tour, or need help with using one of the amenities feel free to reach out. I would love to help in person if I'm able. All the information on each amenity/the property can be found in our digital guidebooks as well.

Located in the part of Louisa known as "Holly Grove" its's Rural peace, quiet, serenity at its finest.

Tiny House with a full kitchen, Bathroom, Loft with a super comfortable bed, amazing natural light with tons of windows. An outdoor living space straight from a magazine with a huge patio, water feature, an outdoor projector for a movie night, Firepit/pizza oven combo, Cedar wood burning hot tub, and a private Sauna with Chromo Light Therapy.

Arrive by Car

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Parking for two vehicles.
Use google map pin Q5J5+J7H Dabneys, VA to get to the cabin.
Owens Creek Corner Store (Short bike ride away) has snacks/grill if you get hungry or need anything.
30 minutes from Short pump/West End/Midlothian Area. Exit 167 off of I-64.
40 minutes from Richmond City. Exit 167 off of I-64.
Feel free to bring a bike for the trails.
No pets but Fido's Fun place is less than a mile away is a great place for your dog to stay.

Wonderful stay in Mineral, VA.

The property was beautiful and Trevor is an excellent host. Everything was very clean and with clear instruction. We came during a heavy snow and were able to enjoy a winter wonderland retreat -Trevor even assisted us getting in and out with our small vehicle. The snowy woods, along with the fire pit, hot tub, sauna and pizza oven made for a beautiful and memorable experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone that wishes to enjoy a splendid tiny home getaway.

Enjoyable stay!

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay here. We took advantage of all the amenities—the pizza oven, projector screen, and sauna. The hot tub was tricky to heat up and took about 5 hours to get to 85 degrees, felt like a warm bath on a January night.
