Récemment rénové 3 chambres, 1. 5 salles de bains location de vacances dans le village d'Eidelweiss. Cette grande maison est une destination idéale pour une escapade 4 saisons offrant un espace pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Le plan d'étage est ouvert et aéré et pourra accueillir sans effort tout le monde dans votre groupe! Le salon principal a un grand canapé en cuir enveloppant, un endroit parfait pour se réunir et se détendre après une journée bien remplie dans la vallée; sans oublier la cuisine à aire ouverte qui permettra à votre groupe de passer du bon temps ensemble tout en préparant un bon repas. Le niveau principal comprend une cuisine à aire ouverte, un salon et une salle à manger, ainsi qu'une chambre avec un lit queen et une salle de bain complète. Le deuxième niveau de la maison offre une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux, une chambre avec lit queen et un coin chambre supplémentaire avec 2 lits jumeaux et une demi-baignoire. À l'extérieur, vous trouverez un balcon Juliette ainsi qu'une terrasse de grande taille équipée d'un gril au propane et d'un foyer de bonne taille qui ne demande qu'à avoir des mores grillées dessus! 5 belles plages ne sont qu'à quelques minutes et Silver Lake n'est qu'à quelques kilomètres de là! Les montagnes locales comme King Pine, Cranmore et Attitash sont à environ 15-25 minutes de cette grande maison!

Les équipements comprennent: lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge, télévision par câble, Internet, poêle à bois, climatiseurs à 3 fenêtres (été uniquement), table de billard avec dessus de ping-pong interchangeable, table de baby-foot et jeu de fléchettes (au sous-sol), cafetière standard et Keurig, barbecue à gaz et foyer - PERMIS D'INCENDIE REQUIS.

Location was great. House is a bit outdated and needs some minor repairs but had plenty of beds. Basement pingpong and darts were great for the teens (and heated).

Peaceful

It was a great stay. There was a wonderful stream that ran behind the cabin that made for an amazing peaceful sound. Only downfall was the Wi-Fi was not working. But overall great time.

The property was clean and listening to the brook outside was very relaxing. The location was excellent as it was a short drive to the Little Pea Porridge Pond which my grandson really enjoyed. It was also very close to Conway. My only complaint is we had to pick up the key and drive it back to North Conway.

The property management was very friendly and responsive to all my questions. The home was so comfortable, I felt like it was my own. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great! Close to North Conway and all the activities we did during the week. The middle pond was amazing! It was so clean and refreshing during the hot week we had. We loved it so much we booked for 2023 when we checked out!

House is not newly remolded No smoke detectors in house went and bought one at Walmart back porch is ready to fall off the house No way to use garbage disposal Need to take trash to dump and pay $5 per bag Advertised a/c no a/c at all I. The house it was literally 84 in the house according to the thermostat this weekend Terrible key location most rentals have lock box’s or keyless lock need to drive 20 minutes to get the keys then return them on departure Definitely would not stay here again

Everything you want!

This property is a short distance to the water, has 4 bedrooms, full kitchen, floats, pool table, ping pong and foos ball. You can't go wrong here! There is also ample parking and a fire pit.

Enjoyed a lot, plenty of games and toys for kids. Bathroom lock needs to be fixed. Overall it was a awesome stay. Will definitely recommend.

Something for Everyone

This house had something for everyone in our family. A short distance to the pond for relaxing or the game room in the basement for the kids. One thing to make this even better. We had heard that some rental homes offered kayaks and/or canoes. That would have been a great addition while at the pond.

Reviewer Comments: The Bowes property is exactly what you imagine when searching for a ski cabin; Big wood stove, cozy living room, fun basement with games, and plenty of bedrooms to accomadate the whole family! Further, the property was spotless and well maintained!During our stay, we had full access to North Conway (15mins), 4-5 ski resorts (45mins), and snowmobile trails. Needless to say, we were close to everything! We developed a great relationship with the Bowes and Select Real Estate. We had a few requests and questions regarding the house and they were more than accommodating.I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a family vacation home!

Close to everything but far enough away to be enjoyable

I think we have found our forever summer rental! We loved this place. It had the perfect location, amount of beds and amenities. The kids loved the game room downstairs, we loved the very comfortable and spacious couch. Me and my husband loved the porch right off our room. We had coffee out there every morning. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space, while homey enough to feel together as well. We saw a deer 3 days in a row. Once in the front of the house eating shrubs, then in the back yard near the little stream and then again in the front yard. We also got to see a few turkeys hanging out across the street. The kids loved it. We have stayed in Eidelwess Village for the past 3 years and this so far has been the best house! We will be back next year and for years to come.
