1er étage 2 Chambre avec accès facile, nouvellement meublé et vue sur la montagne !!! Cette scission plan d'étage condo a tout ce qu'il faut, des meubles en cuir avec oversize inclinable / rocker, TV'S dans les deux bedroms et salon et les chambres parfaitement équipées. Entrée avant est direct depuis le parking, sans marches et patio privé arrière a une atmosphère apaisante avec vue sur la montagne! Près de la côte ouest chauffée, jacuzzi et un centre de remise en forme de 24 heures.

Great location to get away from the snow

Good location to just relax for a short time. Small apartment but has what you need. Back patio was nice. Some small updates will be needed soon at the property (small stains on furniture and spaces in the floor boards), but otherwise just great.

Great location,cozy condo

We had a great time! Location was outstanding, condo was cozy, with amazing views of the mountains. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken during most of our visit, but was finally fixed. Neighbors were very friendly.

The unit is very conveniently located to - Hiking, restaurants and shopping. The pool, hot tub and fitness center is an added bonus.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I work in Tucson four times each year, and my usual rental agency had no vacancies, so I found Spectrum RE, and they were able to place me into my desired locale quickly. I rented my unit with less lead time than normal, so their contract timing was a little slow in reaching me. Once we cleared this small snafu, everything else went extremely well for the duration of my stay. The unit's condition was excellent. Spectrum's response time was excellent. I loved the location, and I will definitely use Spectrum in the future.

All was good. My only complaint is that the couches were uncomfortable for us to sit in. Luckily all the other furniture was just fine. The only thing that could have made it better is outside of the control of the owner. I would have liked more easy access trails for dogs.

There are three pools , two on the west side where we stayed and one across the street,you can use them all. Also two hot tubs, one on each side. The property was well maintained.Condo was clean at arrival.The condo had a nice kitchen with everything you needed.Two baths, one with a tub (did not use it) and one with a shower. The mattresses in both bedromms where very comfortable. A nice big table in the dining room. There are two couches, the small one you needed a crane to get up, the other couch had some spots on it , both should be replaced soon.Near the fireplace the flooring was damaged had to watch out walking bare footed.Otherwise the condo was nice.Internet was good !Check in and check out worked out perfect.

Was disappointed in the condition of some of the furniture and lack of cleanliness. Many updates need to be made. Very convenenient and safe environment within the complex. Beds were comfortable and the property management was prompt with responses. Great location.

We absolutely love this apartment. It is comfortable and in a perfect spot. It has gorgeous Mountain View’s. The area is quiet and safe. We love the patio. The apartment comes very well equipped; pots and pans, lots of linen and towels. Very happy with our choice.

If we had known about The Greens/Spectrum before we rented prior to getting here, would have stayed there for a longer term.The only suggestion I would make is the Master bedroom carpet needs replaced as it was clean but there were several old stains on it.

This condo has so much room and amenities that we were able to enjoy our family all in one place. Great and comfotable living room and dining room and best sleep ever. There is a pharmacy, a grocery store, and some restaurants within walking distance and Sabeno Canyon with all its fantastic hiking trails is just a mile away.
