Welcome to your home away from home in Fort Collins, Colorado! This lovely end-unit is conveniently located and perfectly appointed for an extended stay. Combined with two king beds, high-end furnishings, well-appointed kitchen and a calming color palette, this single-level condo is the perfect choice for those looking to discover the beauty of Northern Colorado!
Take advantage of the complimentary bikes and explore the extensive network of bike trails leading to Old Town, a popular area known for its unique shops, restaurants, and breweries. Or head up to Horsetooth Reservoir for hiking, boating, and breathtaking views. Then spend your evenings lounging around the covered patio, perfect for al fresco meals and enjoying Colorado's beautiful weather. You'll appreciate the convenience of covered parking and proximity to the whitewater kayak park, grocery, movie theater/outdoor events center and more!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Covered corner patio with lounge furniture and an outdoor dining area with seating for 6. Two complimentary cruiser bikes are available for your use!
INDOOR LIVING: 55” Smart Roku TV, dining table with seating for 6, extra seating at kitchen counter, laptop-friendly workspace, board games, full length mirrors and ceiling fans.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, serving pieces, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener.
BATHROOMS: There are two bathrooms. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: One covered parking spot, additional street parking as indicated by municipal signage.
HOUSE RULES:
No smoking.
No events, parties, or large gatherings.
PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be less than 50 lbs and pre-approved (no aggressive breeds). A pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

“Everything about this HOME made it perfect for an enjoyable stay. An exceptionally well-equipped kitchen with sharp knives (that was a first), room to spread out, lots of storage for your stuff and a wonderful covered patio to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Plus, you have easy access to the Poudre Trail, an easy one mile walk or short drive to downtown (restaurants, breweries and shopping) and lots of nearby front range hiking. “Very nice place.... bed super comfortable. The kitchen was amazing---the best I have ever stayed at---it had everything you could possibly need for cooking, which I did daily. TV was very easy to figure out, living room very comfortable. Loved sitting out on the patio with a good book when the weather permitted. It was in the best location for me because I travel with my mountain bike and was able to ride on the many trails right from the condo.
