The apartment was very well appointed and located only 0.9 miles north of the heart of historic old town, and just a mile and half north of the CSU campus -- essentially walking distance to both. This is very comfortable for two persons, and Erik was readily available for questions. access and entry were easy, and the shared hot tub schedule perfectly easy to work with. The roof top hot tub was a definite bonus!
We enjoyed this cozy space so much!! We had everything we needed with the added plus of the roof top hot tub. Easy to find and so close to Old Town in Ft Co. Erik checked in to see how things were for us which we appreciated so much. I highly recommend this wonderful space for your next stay in Ft Co!!
It was a nice very clean place. It was quiet and cozy. We stayed there more than we went out to explore, because we enjoyed it so much. Definitely booking a stay again in the future!
The owner was very professional and responsive in letting us know things ahead of tome. We loved the hot tub and the view from it. Loved the cookie and overall vibe of the house! Thanks for a relaxing get away!
This was a perfect spot for my wife and I to get away from the rest of the family and just relax together. We enjoyed the space and the location was perfect for all the appointments in Fort Collins for the wedding.
I liked that you can walk to Old Town in 20 minutes without walking along busy college. Go south on Jerome, cross vine, walk on paved path to cross the bridge over the Poudre River. Turn left on the Poudre trail, then right on Linden St. The hot tub on the roof was lovely, with a view of the mountains to the west.
Great location for everything we did. Perfect size for two people
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was less than a mile from everything we did. The parking situation worked out well for us. I was a bit apprehensive about sharing the hot tub area, but the shared timing schedule worked out great.
Les points faibles : Communication, emplacement, exactitude de lâannonce
While the house was clean there were a few things that couldâve been better and ultimately made this a stay I wouldnât repeat. Number one was comfort. The bed was very firm and unyielding. I ended up sleeping on the couch most of the time and with the hard wood supports the couch wasnât much better. The pillows are lumpy and uneven. They seem really old. Additionally itâs not exactly a quiet location. If you are in any way sound sensitive I wouldnât recommend this spot. Another note is that while AC is available itâs set to only go as low as 70 and there a lock on the thermostat that doesnât allow the temp to go lower. Iâm a hot sleeper so even if the bed was comfortable I wouldâve had a hard time sleeping. Tried opening the windows but the noise from the outside was too much. I did not have a chance to use the hot tub but did check it out, ultimately the views are of other houses not the mountains. I would have rated 5 stars if not for the lack of comforts.
This is our 4th time visiting Fort Collins, the first time staying at this property. I was a little hesitant because I was not familiar with the area. That was quickly changed when we pulled up to such a lovely neighborhood. Walking distance to New Belgium Brewery and Okd Town. The apartment has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Fill kitchen, washer/dryer. The hot tub was an added bonus. We will definitely consider this location when we return to Fort Collins.
Had such a great experience. Erik was very communicative and check-in was a breeze. The place seemed even bigger than I had thought. Everything was clean and up to date. I dont understand the bad review that was left from the previous people who stayed there. My friend and I very much enjoyed our stay. And it was pretty close to Old Town. 5 stars, highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay. Close to brewery. Clean space. Our only problem was the hot water for a shower would only last a few minutes. Showers had to be fast. Would still stay here again.
Erik and Brianne are 4th generation Colorado natives and spend lots of time on rivers and in the mountains. They also love to travel, having traveled to every continent except Antarctica (bucket list).
We're honored that you'd consider our home for your adventure and we know that if you stayed here with us you'd be thrilled!
