Designed to maximize and enhance the natural lighting, this garden level condo is bright and inviting with a sleek contemporary style. It features two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a plush king-sized bed, laptop-friendly workspace and a private en-suite bathroom. You will love the open living area which is both sophisticated and playful with colorful accent pieces, high end furnishings and a creative mixture of crisp and curved lines. With convenient access to Lee Martinez Park, the Poudre River Trail and Downtown Fort Collins â this is the perfect choice for an extended stay!
This condo backs up to Lee Martinez Park and the Poudre River Trail which is perfect for those who enjoy walking, biking and observing the natural world. It is also a short 10-minute walk from the center of Downtown where you can enjoy shopping, dining, live music and special events. Just imagine taking a scenic stroll along the Poudre River Trail, stopping by the Old Town Farmers Market and then returning home to enjoy a delicious meal on the patio which backs directly to the park. There is nothing quite like the summertime buzz of an afternoon baseball game, cheering fans and the crack of a game-winning home run!
