• Guests can self-park at Butterick Garage (840 Sutter St, San Francisco, CA 94109). Compact and standard vehicles are $50.00 and oversize vehicles are $60.00 with in/out privilege. All rates expire at 1 p.m. on day of check-out.

• There is an unloading zone for guests in front of the resort

• The 2-bedroom suite offer an under-the-counter refrigerator and microwave.

• Guests may utilize the laundry facilities available on select floors.

• Luggage delivery service available for a fee through Bags VIP.

• Wireless Internet is free for up to 4 devices, ideal for emails and basic web browsing. For more streaming and surfing options on unlimited devices, Enhanced High-Speed Wireless Internet is available for $9.95 per day, $49.95 for 6-10 days, and $59.95 for 11-30 days.

• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
