Summer brings fun on the water—boating, swimming, and soaking up the sun. Loud parties with excessive alcohol/drug use are not allowed. All drinking games are prohibited. Township-mandated quiet hours are from 10 PM-8 AM daily. We ask that nothing be stuck to our walls since this will damage the paint. No EV charging, smoking, fireworks, vaping, marijuana use, or pets/animals. No exceptions.
