We loved this house. It had everything you could ask for including the fire pit, pool and hot tub as well as huge living room and dining room for all to gather. It was a great place to have a family reunion and attend our daughters wedding. Thank you! We will be back.

Lovely Home with Everything Needed

Group of 12 friends who rarely left the house thoroughly enjoying the pool, hot tub, game room, sand volleyball and fire pit.

Beautiful property

This is our second stay and again it had everything we needed. We had plenty of things to see and do and many rooms to cover our large family. We have several entrepreneurs and the Internet is a little bit slow but otherwise I give this place and A+. Would definitely stay again.

Great place!

I’ve stayed with a group of friends and our kids at this house several times. The setup is perfect for large groups. The kids look forward to the pool, hot tub, volleyball court and staying together in the basement bedrooms with the bunk beds. Patrick is a great host and has always responded quickly if we’ve needed to contact him. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing home

This house is massive. The property secluded and beautiful. We had a large group and had more than enough space to spread out. Everything we needed was provided. Owner was very helpful. We will be back.

One day business meeting

Our team used this home for a one day business retreat. It allowed us to spend time together out of our office, work on building our relationships, and help new people learn about our company. It has an amazing kitchen and can accomodate a large group. We will be back in the future.

Great!! Loved the property and location was awesome!

Was celebrating 60th Birthday & 20 years Breast Cancer FREE with family & girlfriends who came from 9 different states. Close to GRR airport and town of Saugatuck. Which all my guest LOVED!! Everything you needed and Patrick the owner was great. Like other reviews, not enough bedding available. Highly recommend to rent this beautiful home.

Love this house!

Wonderful property, perfect for our big group of 7 families. We absolutely love it! The only issue was the wifi and internet. Some of the kids couldn't do their homework and needed to go to another location. Other than wifi connection problem, it was perfect.

wi-fi didn't exist, nor direct tv. teenagers loved the big tv's for gaming that's all they were good for.

1st family getaway

Overall the stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was well stocked with bath towels, kitchen supplies, pool towels, soap and toilet paper. There are a few things that could be improved. The check in time is pretty late, washing, drying and folding all the towels for a large group is unreasonable. The rental fee is quite substantial and there is a cleaning fee. The pillows are useless!! Flat as a pancake! The owner is very kind and friendly and if our family ever decides to travel to this destination again we all loved the place.

1) House was extremely dirty - baseboards were filthy.2) Dead bugs in the light fixtures and windowsills3) Tub in bath above garage fills when showering. Water up to your ankles.4) broken clothes, hooks in bedrooms and so few and down stairs, adjoining rooms.5) terrible stink, bug issue - killed 40 or more in three nights. 6) missing window screens so you could not open the windows for ventilation7) Main floor, gray chairs are filthy and gross8) Food in kitchen left fridge freezes if near the back. How to throw some vegetables out. 9) Major issue was one of the washers on the main floor didn’t drain so we could only use one. We did also start towels in the downstairs washers as that door was not locked. 10) Basement floor terribly dirty.11) Shower heads look terrible and rust stains in tubs.11) Some of the shower curtains are gross. 12) Terrible water pressure when showering.13) Must be drain issues as kitchen sink gurgles when some of the showers are running. 14) Freezer in garage fridge it’s gross and filthy. 15) Outdoor light next to the front door doesn’t work.
