Welcome to our beautiful two-bedroom, two bathroom condo, conveniently located on the first floor for easy access and all the comforts of home. This charming retreat features two spacious king bedrooms, each designed for the utmost relaxation, making it ideal for up to four guests.

The large living room is the perfect space to start and end your day. You can relax on the sofa in front of the seasonal fireplace. Step out onto the private balcony, which offers a stunning view of the vibrant city of Pigeon Forge, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for breakfast and dinner. Well, when I got there, they was putting in a microwave so I had to leave to let them get that cleaned up. The next day I open the microwave to put something in it and shaving fell all out of the microwave from where they drilled the holes to put it up, so I cleaned all that up then when I went to bed, the mattresses are completely wore out. Don’t think you want to stay there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location . You have a perfect view of the fireworks on Dollywood at night . Easy on and off the parkway . Multiple restaurants and back roads that are easy to get to without even getting on the parkway. The condo was clean , furniture is a little worn and the beds are kinda firm and a little uncomfortable but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Easy check in with a door code and great communication from the rental company. The indoor pool area and hot tub was nice and clean also ! We had a great stay here .

Hidden Gem

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect place to stay on the 4th of July. You can Dollywood fire works and drone show as well as the city fire works. Also, you could hear the music from the concert at the park clearly. The condo was exceptionally clean and decorated. We really enjoyed the pool and the lazy river. It was just a quick walk off the hill to restaurants, shopping, and other entertainment.

We completely understand your disappointment regarding the lazy river, especially since it was a main reason for choosing this property. While we unfortunately don’t have direct control over the lazy river, as it is managed by the HOA, we did follow up and learned that a key part had broken and needed to be ordered, which caused the temporary closure. We agree that communication is important and truly appreciate your suggestion. We'll continue doing our best to keep guests informed of any unexpected changes.

I pulled the sheets on the other bed and when we arrived and the mattress cover had spots. I had to call the rental agent for a clean shower liner. That liner was used multiple times and it should be changed after every rental.

Wonderful Girl's trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 3 nights in Amazing Grace 212 and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. My sister and I take our mother on a trip, yearly, and have stayed many places; Amazing Grace is by far one of the best. We would definitely stay here again. The rental agency called to checked on us which was something rental companies in general no longer do. They always answered the phone and emails in a timely manner. The facility is very convenient to everything. The condo itself is very spacious with ample seating and comfortable beds. Everything was clean except the floors could use mopping. The condo is on the first floor which was very convenient and though you can see the parkway, from the balcony, the rooms are very well insulated, and we could not hear the traffic. The balcony was awesome and with the weather we had we were able to enjoy the mountain views while relaxing there. We loved having the fireplace for cool mornings as well. The kitchen is on the smaller side but had everything we needed and was well functioning; I would suggest a small Keurig, larger coffee cups and perhaps a crock pot. Two additional suggestions for the owners would be a rug under the coffee table and a luggage rack for each bedroom. Some outlets need attending.All in all, Amazing Grace will be one of our favorites! Thank you for sharing your home.
