Just minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. River Rendezvous Cedar Lodge 504 makes it easy to experience everything the area has to offer, including the serenity and beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains! River Rendezvous Cedar Lodge 504 is a fifth-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that can sleep six guests comfortably. The Cedar Lodge resort includes a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, a grilling area and on-site fishing from the Little Pigeon River!

Featuring an open-concept floor plan, comfortable furnishings, a corner fireplace and best of all, a private covered balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon River. Curl up by a cozy fire and watch a movie on the large cable TV or browse the area attractions on the free Wi-Fi. Two guests can make use of the sleeper sofa each night. And though you might intend to eat most of your meals in one of the many nearby restaurants, once you see the fully equipped kitchen you might change your mind. Stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, cookware, and tableware, the River Rendezvous Cedar Lodge 504 kitchen has it all. And once the meal is put away, you’ll be able to set up some family games at your dining room table for six.

Both beautifully decorated bedrooms are furnished with sumptuous king-size beds, flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans, dual nightstands with reading lamps and lots of little homelike touches. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi tub, while the second bedroom is just steps away from the full-size hallway bathroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with plenty of fresh, fluffy towels, and all bedding is provided. There’s even a washer and dryer so you can leave room in your luggage for souvenirs!

Not only is Cedar Lodge just a few minutes from the numerous attractions of the Pigeon Forge Parkway, but it also offers plenty of entertainment options of its own! The complex has a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub for your whole group to enjoy. You can also grill right along the river, just pick up a fishing pole and catch some trout without ever leaving the property!

During the summer of 2023, The Cedar Lodge complex underwent a series of enhancements. These improvements encompassed the installation of 24/7 security cameras, the placement of informative signs, and the deployment of dedicated security personnel. In addition, the complex received upgrades to its WiFi infrastructure and Spectrum Digital Cable services. Furthermore, the aesthetic appeal of the property was enhanced through fresh painting and landscaping updates, while the elevator system was modernized for improved functionality

Spring break family fun

There are geese by water but being on 5th floor hardly could hear them in the morning. One down side was that pull couch mattress was uncomfortable for an adult but totally fine for my teen. Don't hesitate to rent this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable with two king size beds, had some issues getting in and out of large deep jet tub where they put a shower. The sound of that river behind it was perfect though. Kitchen lacked supplies like it only had 3 glasses and the Keurig was broken, but they had a regular coffee pot, no sharp knife to cut a sandwich in half or a decent skillet to fry an egg. I’m an unusual guest where I do like to cook in a rental. Furniture good, place very clean and quiet. I will rent again.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect, close to the main highway but also far enough back to block out the noise. The condo was very clean, the management staff was very friendly and helpful with the check in process. The furnishings were nice however the beds desperately need to be replaced in both rooms and on the couch. We will definitely come back when we plan another weekend trip in the future.

It was a peaceful get a way, just what we bad we could not enjoy anything due to people not wearing mask and keeping distance. That was not the fault of Cedar Lodge. Perfect otherwise.

The location is great, just right off the main road in PF. The unit is 5th floor so it had nice views, including the best view of Dollywood’s evening fireworks show. I was impressed when walking inside the condo by how nice and clean it felt. The exterior breezeway had a good bit of cobwebs. The master bedroom bed was super creaky when moving around and not extremely comfortable, but not so bad that I couldn’t sleep. The tub was massive and clean. Other king bed wasn’t creaky. The unit had the basics in kitchenware but could really be improved upon. Beach condos we have stayed at had way more in the kitchen so it really felt like this one was lacking. The creek behind the building was pretty cool and the pool area was enjoyable for the kids. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and was happy with the condo.

My one and only complaint is that the beds were soooooo noisy. The springs made noise for every little movement. Hope they upgrade the bedd in the future.

Our condo was exactly as pictured online. The property was very clean & just off the main parkway which was awesome & so convenient. The view off the back balcony was amazing & we loved sitting out there watching trout and other wildlife.

Very nice condo units nice location along the river and close to the parkway. The only thing was the king bed in the master was very creaky when you lates down at night and every time you turn over or moved to get comfortable it would creak it was also kinda lumpy to me but my wife said it was ok for her. Other than that the condo was awesome. Very clean and comfortable. Will stay here again

No Air! No Toilet paper!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean and nicely decorated. However, our air-conditioning unit went out on Saturday night and was still out when we checked out on Sunday. We did not set the air below 70 to make the unit freeze up. A unit should not freeze up until you get to 62 or 63 degrees anyways. We also ran out of toilet paper. No extra toilet paper in the units! When I checked out and voiced my complaints the lady working did not seemed surprised by the unit not working. She didn't apologize or offer any explanation. We spoke with others around us and they said their unit wasn't working either. I told the attendant there was no extra toilet paper in the unit. She said we had to come to the office to get it. That is fine! However, the office is closed at night when you run out! If you can't afford an extra roll or two of toilet paper there is some poor management somewhere especially as much as I paid for the room.

Spacy Condo, No Carpet, Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed here for a week at the end of July 2019. It was me, my husband and 2 year old son. The condo was a nice size and fairly clean. We are a very OCD family so when we travel we clean ourselves. I love that the condo has no carpet. If you are traveling with small kids this is not a place for kids to be entertained at the location - which was not an issue for us because we were planning to venture out and take advantage of all of the activities in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. Overall the stay was fine. My biggest issue was that there were large spider webs and spiders all around the facility (and I'm talking huge). We went on the balcony one night to watch the fireworks at Dollywood but immediately went back in because of all the spiders on the ceiling. We did not have any issues with bugs inside the condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got into our and sit right down in the recliners and looked at the end tables.....dust all over them. The TVs are annoying in the way they work. The AC was AWFUL, our room was stuffy the whole and made for uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. And the bed in the master is so loud with ANY kind of movement that it could possibly wake the dead. And the elevator makes a god awful sound as it gets to about level 1 when your going down. The size of the condo is good and the kitchen was very nice. And the gentleman that checked me in was very pleasant.
